First time I went there, the girl took more than 20 minutes to make my açaí bowl. There were just 2 customers ahead of me and she was already preparing their order when I got there. Extremely slow service.Next time I went there I kept standing there and it was open but there was no one. I waited for 15 mins but no one came. I left.

Lamest smoothie place I’ve ever been to. The smoothies are watery and the people working there are NOT FRIENDLY. I had quite a terrible experience here… multiple times. I ordered a smoothie with strawberries and chocolate… what could go wrong?! Everything. It was basically the consistency of water and tasted like straight up plastic. PLEASE save your time and go to some other smoothie place INSTEAD of this one. Or… go to Auntie Anne’s for some pretzels because those things are delicious.

My berry shake was tasteless. Charged me a $1.50 more for oat milk and I saw her adding water, no oat milk.I don't mind paying extra for something tasty but this was the opposite.I know a good berry shake because I make them at home.Floor soooo sticky. Not that busy, clean up the spills.

I just had THE BEST frozen frappe from here!! I told Mikaila (I am sure my spelling is wrong ) that I wanted something amazing… she just served me the best drink I have ever had… super super nice as well! Billy Beeze is going to be a much better time now :))
