This was my first time ordering from here and I used DoorDash, I had ordered pizza and wings and when I received it the pizza was so sloppy made as if it was rushed, there was barely any cheese on it was mostly sauce was highly disappointed couldn’t even eat it.

I recently visited Tony’s Pizza with my elderly mother, and unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience. My mother had an accident on her way to the bathroom, and rather than helping us or handling the situation with compassion, the waitresses were incredibly unprofessional. They openly laughed, made rude comments, and even encouraged other patrons to do the same by mentioning how bad it smelled.
This behavior was not only hurtful but deeply humiliating for my mother, and it left us both feeling disrespected and embarrassed. I understand accidents happen, but the lack of empathy and basic human decency from the staff was unacceptable. I hope Tony’s will take this as a learning opportunity to train their employees on how to treat customers with kindness, especially in sensitive situations.

To start I ordered from door dash. I ordered chicken riggies that said it comes with a side salad and garlic bread but didn’t get the bread no biggie. It was looking good but kinda watery which was odd honestly but when I got into eating it, it tasted like peppers. None of it had any other flavor other than peppers. The chicken was try and tasteless. That was probably one of the worst riggies I have ever had. Will not be ordering from there.
