Update: They now removed all prices for the pizza slices on the menu board. This makes it legal but still sketchy. The owner has been known to charge more for pizza slices. None of the employees do this. Only the owner. If the owner (guy with glasses) serves you, be sure to ask for a receipt, and watch as your price may magically decrease! (I have documented this behavior, having seen other people being charged more than me FOR THE EXACT SAME ORDER. and if management wishes to dispute this assertion, I would be most willing to provide to the county department of consumer affairs the relevant information.)

They raised their prices but did not update the prices on their menu board. This is illegal
My first and last visit, because the dough was raw 😩
Very good garlic knots and marinara sauce.

You can grab a quick and tasty bite to eat, and there's somewhere to sit. Not bad at all for a small place.

Rude customer service. Been going here for years and noticed a decline in quality of food and customer experience. Rude counter staff
One of my favorite pizzeria near me. I live in Bayside, Queens and it's the best slice I had so far. They have the best crust of any pizzeria. The crust is crispy and light. The sauce is on the sweeter side. Love the plain, eggplant and spinach slice.

Terrible service!
Good food but it is not worth the hassle that you will endure. The teenagers that work there are obnoxiously rude over the phone and in person. Work on your customer service.

I have been going to this place for years. The people who work there are very nice and always highly attentive. The food is always very good and the prices are fantastic. 2 slices and a drink for only $6 so you can't get that in New York City anymore. Its a great place to go and a great place to take your kids. They haven't let me down yet..

Prosaic & popular, falls short of epicurian. Looks like a family enterprise. At any time 6-7 persons, nattily attired in 'Gigi' uniform, are busy behind display countertop, in collision-free Brownian motion. Affine memorabilia adorns cash register.
Business driven by locational convenience. Patrons appear to be mostly those wanting to fill-up, rolling off the busy stores in the vicinity.
Backroom has snug seating for ~20.
Their app sucks. I reached 5 minutes past store pickup time by app. They seemed surprised an order was even placed but hurried to add pizza will be ready in 5-6 minutes. The half-n-half pizza came after 24 minutes waiting time, far from the char requested via app. They did not skimp on veggie toppings, though. Accompanying fries soggy and garlic knots batch processed {never let an irate patron stand and observe}.
However, 5 minutes in the home-oven and flavors came through, big time.
Overall, family opinion was divided. Willing to give them another try and then scale up, or down.....
