Honestly, from my experience, Gigis is one of the best nyc pizzerias I go to regularly. They offer a variety of slices and the flavoring is always there. My favorite is the chicken parmigiana slice. The slices are always crispy and you get the flavor profile you ordered. I hate ordering pizzas and it doesn’t taste anything like what you expect. They also have a small dining space to sit and eat. The staff has always been very nice and respectful. You could probably find a spot that has comparable pizza but I like Gigis for the dining area, taste and cleanliness. I feel like the pricing is about what you’d expect these days.

I went in there to order a 2 for 6 deal I saw on the window . I went in and this Asian kid took my order in a very disrespectful manner . At first he was cool until I asked him a question and he became rude very rude to me . Then the cook behind him tried to tell me He wasn’t rude basically ignoring my feelings . I try very hard so people Don’t think I’m Making it it about race but I’m very upset right now . The owner , tried to make things better by offering the food for free because I was highly upset , to a point He was about to call the cops on me , but I was upset about being treated unfairly all because I asked a simple Question . I felt very embarrassed about how I was treated . I don’t know if I will ever go back to a place like that . I’m very hurt

I’ve been coming here for years. I mean 15 years. Always order when I had large crowds and everyone loved the pizza. Unfortunately, it’s not the same pizza anymore. We all notice it. I understand there are new owners - but unfortunately they decided to change the recipe. The pizza is sweet. As an Indian I can taste the Magi sauce. I’m sorry but pizza is Italian food - bring back the proper tomato sauce of a traditional pizza or whatever recipe they had before. Same with the cheese. I went from ordering once a month to my first order in the year. It’s unfortunate.

Gigi'a pizzeria is one of, if not the BEST, pizzeria I've been to! The food is fresh, flavorful and soooo delicious. They have a wide variety of different types of pizza too along with a varied menu! The service is equally exceptional, friendly and the environment is clean. Highly recommend!

I had a really terrible experience at this restaurant today. It was honestly the worst I've had so far. The service was horrible, the staff was very rude, and they didn't even know how to talk to a customer. I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon.

I have chronic back pain so I can’t move anything especially after a 14 hour shift. I asked to use the bathroom I already can’t hold it in there’s this trash bin keeping the door open best believe I ain’t waiting and it’s closing time and there are no woman no one but them in here its 5 min before closing too I put my back towards the open door and let it out. he “u should close the door “ my thoughtslike bro never been to a urinal and while getting pizza he says “this isn’t your house “ repeats himself multiple times then I say “move the trash if u didn’t want the bathroom open” and I was on my way with a large pie but guy needs to understand not to judge people but that’s just me. my cousin almost lost his newborn baby this day and I was there supporting getting pizza for everyone.
