Hands down the best bagel store to ever exist. A staple, the only standard of high quality food, service, and atmosphere. Everything from the bagels, to the cream cheese, to the coffee, and most importantly the ownership and team. A must try if you haven't been yet.

Hands down, Hand Rolled is our family favorite! Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. It can get busy at times with a line out the door so that alone speaks in volume. Parking lot located a few stores down along with street parking. A must try if your in the area!!!

Very good bagels here, maybe slightly overpriced but what isn’t these days however the bagel is delicious and so is the cream cheese. I got an everything bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese it was very good flavor and texture a nice big bagel really beautifully design in the dough.
Updated review: these people will literally talk about you in front of your face and laugh at you silently amongst themselves. Don’t know why I keep giving them a chance.
Been coming here for years, and for the last many times I have gotten a bagel toasted it’s never toasted. I often started asking for extra toasted but even then, the bagel is cold (even after opening to eat it immediately after I leave the place). Doesn’t make sense to have a COLD non- toasted bagel every single time.

I drove 15 mins at 9 am to grab bagels for guests at my house. I bought 6 bagels. I found out when I got home that all 6 of them were old, dry, firm and very hard to chew on. Very disappointing.
10/10 Bagels. This is the closest New Hyde Park will ever be to having its own UNESCO World Heritage Site.

I come get breakfast sandwiches every friday morning before Weight Watchers meetings at 10am. I either get Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Sesame Bagel with Salt, Pepper or Ketchup, Tuna on a Whole Wheat Bagel/Sesame Bagel or Sesame Bagel with Butter/Cream Cheese. Those are my only options at Hand Rolled Bagels in NHP. Thanks to the guys of New Hyde Park, Let's Go Mets! Let them win the 2025 World Series!

Bagels were hard and had a stale taste to them. There’s no reason why fresh bagels aren’t available at 8am and you open for business at 6am. My bacon and eggs tasted like metal, which means the grill was not cleaned properly if at all. This was my first time here and would never visit again!!!
