Not a food review because I didn’t get that far. I didn’t try a bagel because the girl behind the counter was so rude that I left. Disappointed because it smelled great and the bagels looked really good. I get it’s hard to deal with customers sometimes and I don’t expect staff to be happy and friendly all the time, but to be outright rude and to actually go out of their way to make me feel uncomfortable is why I’m writing this review. To the owner - reevaluate your front staff

Best bagels I've ever had on Long Island. Very fresh and filling. Their coffee uses coffee ice cubes instead of water which goes a long way. Much cheaper if you order walking in rather than online. I also noticed lots of errors when ordering online and while it's crowded can take some time but the food is worth it. I recommend ordering your food in person. Their new chocolate orange bagel is great too.Vegetarian options: Veggie cream cheese

No idea why this place is rated so high. They need more oversight of the staff here, way too many teenyboppers not doing much or not caring. A batch of freshly cooked everything bagels were undercooked and I watched this kid shrug as he pulled it out of the oven. Lox cream cheese should NOT have coloring in it, it’s simple - regular cream cheese mix with quality lox. The fact that the whole cream cheese is pink is disgusting, so find a new supplier.TL:DR; Undercooked bagels, gross cream cheese, young staff with no manager oversight

Not much here, just an average bagel and slow service.
I’m a bagel lover and I’ll go to many heights to get to try a new bagel spot. My gf was at the hospital for a check up and I got to check this spot out and oh man it turned out to be amazing plus they had her favorite so I got her the blueberry bagel which not many carry or have many off. I got my ice coffee, French vanilla of course delicious. Service was outstanding regardless how packed it was. This place is a pick up and go spot only!

Really good bagels, but crazy overpriced and service is terrible. You can be the only one on line at 6:30am and no one will acknowledge your existence for 10min. Took 10min to get a bagel with butter and an apple juice and it cost almost $8. $3.65 for a buttered bagel alone. They’re charging $0.50-0.70 more for a bagel than better places in Queens. It’s insane.

So far coming here handful of times, I had good experience so far. The bagels are big and delicious. The creme cheese and jelly I had was also fire. It’s just a little bit on the expensive side. A bacon egg and cheese is $8. But that’s almost every bagel place near me.8/10. Highly recommend.
