Had an error in my order. Mr Firman took this time to ensure my error was rectify immediately. Went above and beyond amazing to start the new year positive. Wish him for a great leadership and the staff a great new year.
šGreat place for BREAKFAST! Had a cinnamon bagel! Yummy! Update 11-10-25 Sorry my visit on on 11-10-25 was not good š first my bagel was overcooked! There was no napkins, no regular sugar! The countertop was dirty! The dining tables were dirty. Over all I was not happy!

I picked up soup - soup was filled only 75% of the way. I called the store and they said thatās how itās supposed to be. So, we pay full price for 75% of food. I am not going to Panera anymore. Itās a rip off. Also, private equity bought them. Donāt go if you donāt want to get ripped off.
I live in the neighborhood and it seems each time I come here the staff gets ruder and ruder. Itās simple if you donāt like your life and are miserable donāt work in customer service.

I ordered on the app, went to pick it up and was told they didn't have my 4 cheese souffle. I asked when would it be available they said they wouldn't have any today. The app should reflect that at 730 in the morning. Asked for a full refund and was they would take care of it later i asked for it to be taken care of now, mge did. I'm posting this because when I had a problem before because of the amount of time rather then recognize the issue they said I should use the app. I did sit on that for a moment.

I think itās the worst panera from USA which I be seen. Absolutely crowded, loud, ultra small cramped like street kebab cafe, people are sitting and talking one to each other to your ears, from morning till closing time there are sitting homeless people. Some of staff not kind. Tables are always dirty, and furniture is in holes and old. Dirty carpet. No tables outside even if itās under roof and itās summer time. Plastic forks, knives, spoons are always empty.
I love Panera generally and, Iāve been to hundreds of Panera bread, BUt this place is too small, YES to the staff, they are nice and service is fast!
But if about this place by itself itās too busy, too crowded. No place to sit around 11am. No chance to listen a silence. Everyone is talking loud on the phone or to each other. It was like oh bazaarā¦
Pretty disappointed. Ordered a Southwest Salad at 5:38pm via kiosk. We donāt live near NOT live in the area, but were coming from a medical appt. Decided to fulfill a craving. My daughter got an Italian Steak & Mozz sandwich and I got the salad. Decided Iād be patient and wait until I got home to savor it, to discover: no tortilla strips. I tried calling 3x in-a-row, but you also donāt answer the phone. We live on the South Shore. Pretty upsetting experience

Never had any problems with my local Panera until today. Not a single familiar face and everyone was either rude or rushing you or both. There were only two orders on the board one of which was mine and there were only a few people dining in, so not sure why they were rushing if it wasnāt so busy. I try to be empathetic when a cashier isnāt very pleasant especially from the start of a transaction, but to go home and see the state of my 4 breakfast sandwiches was appalling. Called the store to make my complaint and I spoke with the manager, Robin, who took my name down and offered to remake the sandwiches for me. I appreciated this, but this is inconvenient when the order should have been made properly the first time. Their breakfast sandwiches are a common Sunday meal at my house and for them to come like this today in addition to the unfriendly service, was very disappointing.

The manager Mr Robin is very rude. We are group of 20-25 people come every weekend for breakfast when Mr Robin and Mehak fever
Never say good morning never smile very unfriendly.
This morning 8/24/2025 we were waiting to open the door so we can get in and have our breakfast. Mr Robin open door and just walked away didnāt say any word. We saw other managers they always greeted people.

Service is very bad. Workers behave rude. someone's opened the door in the morning I was waiting for opening the door, the guy came he did not say even hello. They had empty milk , they didnāt fill, when I asked for refill some taking order, someone making food and no one want to listen to me. I asked the manger even he did not help and showed to go cash register to fill milk though cash register was busy to get order only. So bad.

So I love buying from Panera bread but today changed my mind from ever going back to this store the new Hyde park store. As I sat and watched a lady sat in the corner and brushed her hair take the hair from the brush and rest it on the table brushed her hair again and pulled her hair from the brush and again put on the table I called the store and spoke with the manager who explained that the lady is a customer and she buys food there everyday so thereās nothing wrong with her coming here hair in the restaurant and sheās not in the back where food is being prepared I then said to him but this is a public area where people are sitting and eating food and someone is combing their hair the manager said there is nothing wrong with her combing her hair in a open area hair blowing around because someone decided to use the eating area of a public restaurant as there hairdressing area I was sick to my stomach and I will make sure that the department of health knows about this
Heard Panera is switching to frozen bread, idk if they have here but it tastes like it, though the quality of food is much worse than what it used to be to begin with. Also saw a line of ants in the bathroom.
