Panera has really gone downhill. It's not just here, but everywhere. Look at this kids grilled cheese. It's disgustingly filled with cheese and I even scraped it off. The bread is huge. This is not what the kids grilled cheese used to look like. And the French baguette is flat. The chicken noodle was undercooked with hard noodles and carrots. How? I don't know because it's not like they cook any of their food here. The soup is just warmed up from a bag the gets delivered frozen. I know because I used to work from Panera a long time ago. So so disappointed in this company. I used to love them.

The chicken bacon rancher is soo good !! The Mac n cheese is literally the best too. And the passion papaya green tea…IS YUMMY AS HECK !!! I love it hereee since kids barely come here so last semester I came here to study !!
Simple no-nonsense menu with great combos. Generally self-service if you want something quick- you can be in and out. Bang for your buck! Caesar’s salad maybe needed more of the sauce in it, Tomato soup was great but careful as they serve it really hot.Combo meals are just right- nothing will be wasted. Good healthy options. They have a selection of bread too with unlimited drinks available at the back.

Went for breakfast on Saturday, May 11th. I Ordered a toasted asiago bagel with butter Please however I was told There was no butter.. Ask for a chocolate chip muffin And Spinach souffle to be warmed up. And Was told that could not happen Because it was already on a hot plate. The most disappointing experience ever. We were told that the butter will not be replenished until monday. That's when the shipment was expected.The day after Mother's Day May 13th, 2024. They got two stars For service, asked for breakfast to stay here and got it in a takeout out bag With no cutlery. Please address this situation about inventory and shortage of butter..

I ordered a takeout breakfast sandwich that came up to $7 and change that included an egg white and cheese on a ciabatta bread. No meat...no avocado...no spinach. Prior to leaving the establishment, I checked the orders. I also check due to the workers often making a mistake with my order. When I saw the sandwich, I was disgusted re: the tiny portion of egg and bread and felt very cheated. I immediately went to the cashier and showed her and asked if Panera is shrinking their portions? I could see the kitchen worker peeking to see what was going on. The cashier then went to the kitchen area and brought me back an extra egg white. That was just a temporary solution to an ongoing problem with panera - small portions and huge prices. I will be taking a break from them until they get their act together and stop cheating customers.
