Very inconsistent, the drinks will taste either very good or really bad. They also fill your cup with ice and barely give you any of the real drink, it’s like i’m paying for ice at this point. I understand that you can customize the ice level, but for a drink that you can’t, it’s still not the right thing to do.

Starbucks is Starbucks. I have never had a problem with my orders. 9 out of 10 times it is made correctly. Understandably this is an extremely busy store. But the wait time can be a but excessive. I have placed my to go order 5-10 prior to arriving. And still waited an additional 15 in the store. 20-25 min for coffee and a croissant is a bit much. I puck and choose when I can wait.
worst starbucks ever don't spend your money here, the guy who took my order was very rude. the workers here need to learn to have better customer service skills.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location. The entire staff is so friendly everytime Icome in. I truly will not go to another Starbs location!! My daily morning visits here are lovely. A special shout out to Debbie for always having a smile and Khabeer for always getting me my order fast and efficiently and of course always having positive energy with a lovely smile as well!!!❤️

I have been coming to this Starbucks location since 2012, and over the years, the service and management have improved. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks location on your next coffee visit!Parking: There are two entrances for this Starbucks location, and the entrances and exits are quite busy between 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Parking on the opposite side entrance is sometimes a better option due to the heavy incoming and outgoing traffic, and please look both ways before crossing the parking lot since blind spots occur as cars come and go when the parking lot is almost full.

It was my first time coming into this location I ordered on the app. It was crowded a lot of to go orders waiting and people coming in ordering.I waited more than 10 minutes for my order when the barista said my name he asked me if you ordered cookie crumbles with your cold brew w cinammon cold foam, where did I want the cookie crumble in the drink or on top. No one ever asked me that I said on top (It's always on top).Due to the location and it was early in the morning, they need to hire employees.
Granted, I came during lunch rush, but the food I ordered was still frozen in the middle of it. On top of that they called out Jessica instead of Jesse, my name, and when I asked if that was mine after waiting about 10 mins, I was told my order was on the way. Luckily i ignored them, looked at the cup myself and saw it was for me, so I didnt waste more time waiting. Cherry on top is that my drink was wrong

Hot chocolate tasted like water, ran out of oat milk, ordered a green tea and got a black tea instead and the Flat White we ordered was too milky. This may have been one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We threw out basically everything we ordered. Normally I can handle a mediocre order but this was just too subpar to not voice my opinion about.
