I am always a frequent customer of this place: on Saturday I went to buy three coffees, two sandwiches and a muffin, a young Latina brunette with bangs shouted at me so loudly just because I confused my order, ordered three large coffees and I wanted three medium ones, I told her that if she could change and she started yelling at me, I told her to calm down, not to stress, and I received racist insults from her just because I didn't explain well in English what I wanted. I am a moderately difficult customer in that I like my iced shaken done a certain way
Sometimes I pop in and they recognize me and do it immediately other times if I have to wait ( only because the customers are ordering slow ordering) I still get it perfect.
They have a difficult location in that they are very close to local hospitals

Stopped by today to pick an iced coffee ordered through the app. All new staff and they are amazing! They are working really hard and care about their customers. This location really leveled up compared to last year or two years ago. They have an awesome team at this location now!
