The one in my neighborhood is trash they are pouring grease in the drains causing plumbing problems for the rest of the tenets, there’s a Chipotle near so I avoid them and tell my friends to as well, Mentor on the Lake Ohio location, perhaps other independent franchises are different but who knows.

Shout out to Bubbakoos in New Paltz NY. I forget to hit submit on my online order so when I went in to pick up there was no order for me. When I saw my mistake they made my order right away. That was so awesome of them. I really appreciated the awesome customer service- especially when the error was all mine.

Literally so good every time I order. I never have had a mixup on my order and it tastes fresh and good after all the times i’ve had this place. I will continue to go here over chipotle or moes any day of the week!! Also the workers are always super friendly and it’s always ready on time!

This is my go to for fast, inexpensive and delicious burritos. The staff is always nice and they make my burrito to order. Never had any issues communicating with them. The quality does depend on the person who is assembling, but it's pretty typical for any burrito place. I regularly get a chicken burrito with custom toppings and I enjoy most of their sauces. I like the curly fries too they're definitely a comfort food. I've dined in and done take out both in on there website and in store. Over all I prefer Bubbakoo's over their competition.

As a local business owner, absolutely do not bother giving this restaurant your business.
Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful- including when your order is missing half of the food, equating to $40. I was told that I was unable to receive a refund, I would have to come back and get the food (it was delivery), and that there was no management I could speak with, and no other help was available.
The employees are children with no customer service skills.
I waited close to an hour an a half, after being told 20 minutes to receive half of a cold order.
I have ordered here several times and the food has always been subpar, but to give the delivery driver half of my order then claim they can’t work with Uber to get me the rest of the food is absolutely ridiculous. And the kids working were incredibly rude. Do not bother spending your money or time here (you’ll be here for hours to get your order which has also happened on several occasions). The Uber driver was distraught also explaining to us he waited 40 minutes for my order upon arriving already. Horrible business practice. Its survival this far is due to being in a college town, where bad food and service survive.

I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.
