Its strange to call a business & have no phone answering and no information, that’s the only reason for this review. I had questions before I was meeting people there & couldn’t get in touch. Later I realized they keep online ordering closed & just ignore their phone completely during business hours. The phone is either constantly busy or no one answers it at all - Essentially they have more business than they can accommodate so they just turn off communication.
Not being able to reach the restaurant is strange.. people have questions, emergencies, forget important items, or need to clarify something with staff. Right now, there is no way to get in touch when the restaurant is open, as other reviewers have mentioned. It’s confusing & can make people worry its not open, and when driving an hour to meet people that is a problem.
It may be busy but also there could be solutions other than zero phone communication. More staff, Expanded kitchen, an outpost or to go location.. a message saying we are closed for takeout orders, call this number if you have a pressing issue etc
It is a bit unprofessional and very easy to fix. Posting this in hopes the owner sees it and addresses the phone/online ordering problem.
For a place in a main area of a town there has to be other options vs just allowing people to call without insight.. or likewise attempt to place orders with no information.
I found this out by driving to the location., otherwise I would have thought they were out of business or something was wrong with my phone.

Got the Garlic Aioli , BEST burger I’ve had not even joking. We was serviced by Tiffany and she was great , easy to order with and she was very attentive. Would stop by again just to see her and have another burger. 10/10

Burgers were extremely fresh and juicy. We were honesty shocked at how good they were and if I praise them more I worry this review would seem fake, but they really were that great. We also got some truffle parm fries and have never had fries this fresh and delicious. You can tell the fries were straight from the fryer and made with high quality ingredients. We drove from NYC and just went into the first restaurant we saw but I’m so glad we found this place.

We ordered truffle fries and two burgers. Waiting 45 minutes with only four tables occupied is ridiculous - you could have cooked this faster at home.
The fries were okay, but there was absolutely no truffle flavor. Maybe they forgot, but we didn’t want to waste another 45 minutes to remake it .
The burgers were terrible. Dry, flavorless meat and an oversized bun that ruined the entire bite. Honestly, there is no reason anyone should ever wait this long for food this bad.
