Was put on hold at the drive thru for 10 minutes before going inside. There was nobody in the building building!! Took my order and then made me wait while they filled a drive thru request. Never going here again!

I went tonight to BK in new paltz and had an excellent experience. I did not catch his name but a young man with a slight beard was so helpful. I accidentally clicked no bun but he was happy to remake it for me. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Burger King.

Not sure if you guys have a problem salting the fries or what but you guys forget this every damn day!!
This is a solid BK. I ordered a veggie whopper with onion rings and didn't know what sauce to pick. The cashier said, “I got you,” and hooked it up with the zesty sauce. DANG. I have never tried a sauce like that. I am hooked. 10/10.

It would have been better if they were doing the job that they were there to do waited 10 minutes after placing our order one guy talking on the phone one person just standing around another person I would think she was a manager but I couldn't tell because she was playing pass the phone with the other guy on the phone I took my receipt my self then she put the phone down and proceeded to get my order apologizing, and then I had to ask for my drink. I won't be going back here. The food wasn't worth the wait.....

I ordered from this place on uber eats, the food was good but they didn’t give me my drink! I got a straw with no drink!! I called nicely telling them I didn’t receive my drink and they hung up on me, unprofessional
