Why do they only take and serve the food at one time, then go to the next person in the drive thru??? Just waited 12 minutes for mozzarella sticks bc they take & serve one customer at a time. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. After 12 mins they were cold....not good service.

We went through the drive thru with only one car ahead of us. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge her and take her order. Once we got to the speaker, it was several more minutes to give our order. Overall, it took us more than 15 minutes from start to finish.

The staff that was there the day I went was very unprofessional, the food was on the floor and they are not attentive to the customer ☹️ the tables were dirty and they looked very bad for it being the first time I visited the place.

The young lady at the drive thru has nice customer service skills. They need to figure out how to get their chicken sandwiches right as I’ve ordered twice and they came out chewy and inedible .

I order a chicken sandwich and ruined the order not once but twice smfh... The service is below advertised and the is barely warm again smfh... The atmosphere was terrible at best also there website is below subzero... PLEASE PEOPLE DONT GO THEIR THEY WILL RUIN UR TIME AND ORDER...IM WARNING YOU ⚠️

The lady at the drive thru attitude is disgusting. No customers service skills whatsoever. No hello, No Thank you, The look on her face obviously shows that she have a nasty attitude, acting as if her job is not serving the customer’s . And the food was horrible, half cooked and cold. It looks like they had it out for a long time before serving it, I didn’t eat because she serve it with an attitude so I thrown my whole order away, Whoever hired this lady, needs to rethink and fire her. A total disgrace to the company and the People. And Please Do Not Go Here.

The lady at the window was rude. Rushed the man that was doing our order and touched all of our food without gloves. And when we mentioned it to her she closed the window on us and walked away. We get home and it looked like our order was stale and been out forever so I’m certain I won’t be going there ever again. Very unfortunate to have staff like that treat customers so unkindly.

If I could give it no stars I would. Tonight, my son, a person who stutters, ordered food via the mobile app. When he got to the drive thru he was stuttering. The woman couldn't understand him so started to yell at him and then told him to pull up. When he got to the window she asked for his name after arguing with him because apparently the order number wasn't the number they needed. He had showed her the confirmation on his phone. . When he tried to say his name he was stuttering. She looked at her coworker and rolled her eyes. They told him to pull over to the front and when his food was brought out, they shoved the bag in his hand (the order was also missing an item). He was so upset by this transaction. Neither he nor I will let this go. I will tell everyone and anyone including corporate about how he was treated. I hope both workers get fired for their horrible treatment of my son. May you never experience your children being treated the way you treated mine. You're both horrible people

We waited 35 mins in the drivethru. Unacceptable I would have left but food was already ordered n paid hir via the app. They need to hire more people .there was only 2 people working total in the whole place. They did apologize and was very nice . Management needs to do better . It's a college town I'm sure they have plenty of applications in . I know a few people who have applied but hear nothing back

Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 orders of hash browns. They forgot the hash browns.We were the only customers there... it wasn't like they were too busy.

Do not go here! I repeat, do not go here! Worst attitude at the drive-thru. No, hello, thank you, have a good night etc....Completely screwed up the entire order. Fixings to my burger were like thrown into the wrapper. I had to assemble the burger myself. Minimum wage goes up, service goes down. So sad.

Blah...they consistently to provide even decent/proper service here whenever I order. Can't be bothered to say thank you or anything when handing me my order, since it was done via mobile and they even have my name...
