Stopped in about a week ago. Everything was delicious. What a difference from the days of Tommy C’s. The space has come a long way. Everything looks beautiful and I can’t wait to go back.

Today I got the chance to visit the New Paltz location of Butterhead Salad Company! The choices of plentiful delish choices had me trying hard to contemplate my choice! The staff are all so friendly and nice. They asked me what I was contemplating. I said Mediterranean. I was served up a glorious looking and tasting salad with chicken. It was two meals worth. I took half home for later. My son ordered the taco bowl (served in a taco crispy bowl) that he thoroughly enjoyed. They have all fresh ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed the yummy food. I loved the decor! Beautiful wall art with peacocks! The light fixtures were really unique! Plenty of seating inside and out. I noticed they had fresh croissants. They also have a nice variety of beverages. The chocolate chip cookies are huge and delicious. Highly recommend!

Just got two make your own salads for my coworker and I! Absolutely amazing! Workers were kind and very helpful. Grilled chicken and hot honey grilled chicken is to die for! GG - balsamic and ranch dressing wonderful! Can’t wait to go back! I’ll be eating this salad for dinner tonight as well.
Also the interior is so aesthetically pleasing!!!

Dropped in today for the first time, and I was blown away! There are so many delicious choices of salads you can chose to have made, or you can build your own. I went with the falafel salad. The salad was massive, so big I had enough for dinner later on…. Even better is that the salad held up the few hours in between. I also had the butternut squash and apple soup which was delicious. Dipped my croissant in it and it was just delightful. Will definitely be back for more!!

My husband stopped by the New Paltz location, spontaneously, and picked us up the most delicious dinner salad and croissants. He chose the build your own salad and everything was so fresh. I can’t wait to go in person!
