If you are looking for a Great sandwich for a more then reasonable price, you have found your place. The sandwich selection is full of great options, and you won't be disappointed. The Cuban has been my go-to for a quick weekend lunch option. The staff is attentive and friendly, and one gentlemen calls me young man, even though I am sure that I am older then him which leads me to an extensional crisis while I eat my Cuban. I hope that this joint can survive in our sweet little town full of Teeny boppers and hopeless hipsters. Do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich from this place before our only option is a mutant meat sandwich from Amazon grown in a laboratory for 2$ a month for eternity.

Went to Frank's Fresh Pickling Co for the first time today. I got the Cubano and a small container of tortellini, it was delicious. In addition to great reasonably priced food, Frank and his co worker were very helpful and entertaining. Will definitely be back.
Was staying in New Paltz while traveling around the Hudson Valley for the first time. Stopped in here for a quick take out and it didn’t disappoint! Had a good Cubano sandwich. The guys were both friendly and funny. Thankfully I answered the tuna melt question correctly!! Would definitely go back on my next trip up to NY.

This is such a great sandwich shop! I typically go with the Cubano, but every other sandwich I've tried on the menu is great. The sides in the display counter are also wonderful. I usually bring them to family cookouts and they're always a hit. Of course, make sure to get some pickles... they're the best around IMO.

Ate here while exploring New Paltz on a rainy day. Delicious sandwiches and fun atmosphere. One of our sandwiches was delayed but they ended up giving it to us for free. Highly recommend the Oregano Gangster.

No pics because I wasn't anticipating doing a review but the AE Phi panini deserves some recognition. It's a turkey panini with pesto, mozzarella, spinach, and tomato. That really hit the spot. My friend and I both agreed that it was delicious because we ordered the same thing. We were pretty relieved to find this place after walking down main street in search of some lunch. If you're looking for an easily accessible pit stop from I-87, New Paltz is your town and Frank's is your sandwich destination!
