We ordered door dash spent over $50 for burnt food. The chicken parm sandwich we ordered as you can see in the picture is burnt. We called the pizza place to get a refund or get a new one sent and were told they were extremely busy and there was nothing they could do about it. They told us to call door dash!! As you can see in the picture the whole sandwich was burnt. Pasquales in New Paltz is sooo much better they were just closed and they were the only ones delivering with door dash.

We have ordered from Gourmet for many years and tonight in spite of the snow and cold they got our order to us on time and as delicious as ever. So a big BRAVO to Scott and the Gourmet folks.

Usually convenient, quality is NOT consistent. For some reason today my garlic knots were cold bread with cold oil slathered on, and my tater tots were very clearly fried, and then fried again later. Both really subpar. Had it been dine-in I would have sent both back, but since it was delivery I’m stuck trying to revive the knots in my oven. Def not convenient. Will try Pasquale’s next time ugh

Not only are they the best pizza in town, but they're also the classiest guys. They were able to help us out in a pinch when my payment wasn't going through and let us come back to pay it the next day. They're real stand-up folks and people like them keep the world turning. They've earned my loyalty.

Great for a quick slice after the bars. Open late night for those munchies. Used to be much better but still pretty good. Service is quick and friendly. Not the best pizza in town, but a good slice on the go.

They make a good plain pie here, but as far as toppings Don’t order a specialty pie. Ordered a claim scampi pie received a pie with dried out claims from a can. Also a chicken bacon ranch, looked like chicken nuggets where used. Wasn’t worth it definitely over priced for what you receive. Way better specialty pizza in the area.

Excellent margarita pizza. The owner is a little gruff, but I guess that's NY. The place is a little rundown, but again it's a pizza joint. The food makes up for all the issues.

I have celiacs disease so I asked if they had a gf pizza, they were so helpful and the pizza was AMAZING!!!Kid-friendliness: super nice and friendly towards everyoneDietary restrictions: They were very careful about not cross contaminating my gluten free pizza!

Gourmet has really good pizza! I’ve lived here for a while and have eaten all kinds of pizza in this town over the years. I still like this place a lot as far as taste goes!Where they are absolutely HORRIBLE is if you’re ordering delivery. Their customer service is abhorrent to a degree I can’t fathom since they’re a business that’s been in town for many years. My wife and I ordered a pizza today at 5:55 and we were told it’d be ~45 minutes. Well, over an HOUR AND A HALF later, we have the pizza which is cold as ice and we’re told the delivery person had phone issues. Phone issues that took over 45 minutes past my delivery expectation to resolve?! Come on! Garlic knots were also out of stock apparently despite the fact that the order was taken by phone and the guy could have just called us and said “Hey! Despite that the knots are right in front of me while we’re on the phone, I neglected to realize they’re gone! Want a substitute or should we take it off?” So, the pizza is so cold we basically have to cook it ourselves, the order wasn’t entirely what we asked for, and by the time we ate my wife had a migraine from being so hungry!By the way, we ordered by phone this time because we did the app that they want you to use last time and our order arrived late again after calling numerous times due to it being over 30 minutes past what it should have been. Lastly, I waited until I ate to write this to be as kind as possible because their pizza is good. Do you just not care about your customers anymore after all these years? What happened?! We’d happily continue to eat your pizza if the delivery becomes reasonable like the other places in town! Maybe we just order on days where everyone’s struggling with tons of time consuming issues! If that’s been the case, give me a freaking call rather than letting people sit there blindly wondering if they’ll ever get pizza. You can call people. You can communicate. Maybe do that!

I've been coming here for decades, and it's my favorite pizza in town! Highly recommended!

Usually always great! Cold subs are lame with hardly any cold cuts.
