Wonderful place to get the most unique and flavorful cheesecakes! Rainbow cheesecake, hands down is the best with my family members ready to list their favorites. Definitely have had some of the best cheesecakes ever right here in Newburgh. If you haven't gone here, go! and bring your families!

All i can say is delicious! The cheescake was exactly what i wanted it to be with a crispy graham craker and a creamy cheesy top! I got the strawberry cheescake along with a tres leche little cup cake and a strawberry crunch cake and everything was so amazing. Fresh! Decent priced!

I’ve been supporting Dana for many years, it’s great to have her back. I remember when she started on liberty street across town. I then followed her to Wappingers Falls. The selections and quality is amazing. Keep up the good work!

This is just based on my ordering experience and not getting my order fulfilled. I ordered my cake on Saturday morning around 11am for the white rainbow cake, and was told there was a 48 hour window, so Tuesday I can get it. The call took awhile too as I made the call 11am on a Saturday (I understand it can be busy on weekends). Come Tuesday, I have someone get it on my behalf and apparently the cake was not communicated to the baker. I had the option for a refund but the credit card had to be there in person, yet i paid over the phone with a card. The other option was waiting Wednesday to get it. I had no transport to go tomorrow. My other option was a sampler. I took the sampler and just felt the handling of it fell short. I honestly wanted to try it out per the reviews on Google. I wish the business better handling of orders.
I had such a wonderful experience at Hudson Valley Cheesecake! The cheesecake has perfectly balanced flavors and so rich and creamy. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Dana, Geo, and Bella, were all so kind and helpful, making the experience even better. You can truly taste the love and dedication Dana puts into the cheesecakes.
If you haven't been to Hudson Valley Cheesecake yet, you're missing out! Highly recommend!

The cheesecakes are good, but not much variety. I’m still waiting to find a place in the Hudson valley that makes a great ricotta cheesecake that is super light and super fluffy. The search continues.

I dont know...I've been here several times and it's good, but $11 for a slice of cheese cake ...it doesn't meet that standard to me. Eash time I've gone there really only have been like 6/7 options. I kept seeing the basqst(sp) cakes and never are any when I go in. Nice staff always , just the cost for what is offered is off to me.

Definitely worth the price you pay. Any time I stop by I leave with AT LEAST 5 slices lol.. can't even choose a favorite. And the workers in the front are always so welcoming.
