3.6/5 - Tofu banh mi was solid in quantity and basic flavors were there. Bread was well toasted and flavorful but the general sandwich was underwhelming. Marinated Tofu lacked umph and pickled daikon / carrots could’ve been more punchy.

This is my go to spot when the weather is nice. I recommend the shrimp pho & shrimp summer cake rolls. The boba tea is great too! I set a personal goal to try every flavor and I haven't had one I didn't like but the strawberry boba is unbeatable. Staff is always friendly & accommodating. Wonderful location!

Whether you’re a New Paltz local or an outsider visiting for the weekend, Ipho is a great option to try something new! If you love Asian cuisine, you’ll feel right at home. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and can help you quickly if you’ve never had this type of cuisine before. Music is relaxing, food is AMAZING, and they have a wide variety of options, something everyone can love. On the weekends they do get very busy but it’s 100% worth the wait! This is my monthly treat to come here and I love it just as much as I did the first time visiting. Give ipho a try. You won’t regret it! Bubble tea and Thai coffee were good. Garlic rice is fantastic. The Pho flavors were nice but I found the grilled chicken in the pho and Bun had an off flavor, kind of synthetic.I generally love Bun but found the vermicelli to be too soft and cut up in small pieces, warm instead of al dente. Vermicelli in the shrimp summer roll was the sameI’ve had their beef pho which is great. Will probably stay away from the grilled items In the future.
