However, I want to give a shout out to an employee that made my drink this morning, her name is Lovelight. She made my drink exactly how I ordered it, made sure I received all I ordered, was very kind, and went above and beyond.Thank you Lovelight at this location for making this morning go much more smooth and easy before work!

A lot of college students may want to work here. I'm telling you, don't. I was hired in September of 2023. Do you know how many days I've worked since then? One. That's not for a lack of trying. I've contacted managers incessantly over the months, and was literally ghosted. I've been six months without a job while being employed. I also was not paid for the only shift that I DID get to work. The food itself is McDonalds, mediocre. Service can be slow.

Don’t waste ur money. They NEVER get ur order right and even when you try to make it easy by not doing anything special to ur sandwich they still don’t even follow proper procedures and the sandwich is missing half the stuff supposed to be on it.

They allow pet dogs in here. This is a restaurant, so it is illegal to allow dogs inside. This is a serious health code violation and frankly, disgusting.
One of the absolute worst McDonald in the area ! Check your order ever time ! I grew up here and in the last 5 or so years have seen this McDonald's go to the lowest quality / standards ever! Hopefully owners see this and make wholesale changes. But seriously check your order every time ! Mine seldom contains all the items I've ordered

I pulled an all-nighter to watch a meteor shower, and the warmth of a mcgriddle has never tasted better at 7 am. while listening to the locals chat about whatever they were chatting about, it was a great way to "start" my day.

We were shorted one sandwich and the manager wouldn't give us a refund. We also got french fries instead of hatched browns. They didn't even mention it. overall very disappointed.My advice.Mc: communicate more with customersCustomers: always check the bag before you leave because this is not my first time. It always happens!Update Dec 13, 2023After contacting the store directly, I could get a missing item but I had another issue again. Had to wait for the food because they didn't get my mobile order. The manager came to help us solve the issue. The problem started from the drive thru staff. There was a guy blowing the leave outside too. So, maybe she couldn't understand us well.
