Man, I loved Moonburger when it opened. It was totally worth the lines, and the employees were cool. But sadly this business decided to commit suicide.
Whatever the staff are being asked to do, they canât handle it. I just sat in the drive through line for more than 20 minutes with only one car in front of me waiting at the window. When that person finally got their order and I pulled up, the employee gestured to a bag by the cash register asking âthis is hers, right?â I asked if she meant the one that had been sitting there for 20 minutes and she said it hadnât (it hadâit was in my line of sight the whole time). When I opened the bag and found the food cold, the employee asked in exasperation âwell do you want us to redo it??â I gave up as this would have taken another half hour that I didnât have.
Apparently they started taking unlimited DoorDash orders, which has made the in-person drive-through basically unusable.
Itâs such a shame to see this promising place make one poor business decision after anotherâyouâll recall how they alienated their original customer base by suddenly adding meat to the menu. I was willing to keep going there, but this $14 lesson will sadly be my last.

New Paltz - i liked the food the burger was good the fries and cheese sauce good, the service sucked they forgot half our order i went back to get it, make sure you pay attention to your receipt and whats in the bag đđ˝

They made an announcement yesterday on their social media accounts that they added cow to the menu. Be careful when ordering. Status needs to be updated on here that they are no longer vegetarian.

Food was made incorrectly after specifically editing the order for my burger via the kiosk, added in grilled onions when I did not order and the audacity to add ONE piece of lettuce (?) Recommend they pay attention to the order and what is desired from a customer, not the best burger.

Amazing cheeseburger.
Dietary restrictions: The staff was very informative, and very helpful for those who have gluten-free restrictions. They have gluten-free buns, and they prepare the gluten free food in a location separate from the general food. They donât fry anything else, but the fries, so the fries are not contaminated with gluten either! Also, they offer dairy Free cheese!
A very quaint little place with nice styling. The shakes are tasty and a good enough deal, but the spicy fries are uninspired tasting. The burger was disappointing for the price. For how tiny and basic they are, I would expect a cheaper price. I wouldn't personally recommend going unless you are only getting a shake, or are unable to just cook your own impossible burger at home.
