I’m unsure if I have the vocabulary to fully emphasize the extraordinarily positive experience I have had while working with Bryce and his team at Novellas. He put some much time, attention, and effort into the prep of our wedding and more so the execution of our wedding. He was truly phenomenal! Food was super yummy, drinks did the job lol. Novella’s is hands down one of the best venues in the Hudson Valley for weddings and events. The staff are exceptionally professional and attentive, creating a seamless experience from start to finish. The food is consistently outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The environment strikes the perfect balance between elegant and inviting, making every event feel special.
