Lots of people. The restaurant it self is really spacious and big. Really good pho that tastes sooo good and they added their own unique taste. ALSO THE TIBETAN FOOD. Sooo good.
Best Pho in Hudson valley! Their Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Mango Bubble Teas are delicious as well.
It is what it is but do wish it was more flavorful filled enfused in ginger strength.
We shared the Pork Chop Bahn Mi and the Pho Tibet Salad (braised short rib), both were excellent. Absolutely loved the salad--the short rib was tender and flavorful while the greens were fresh and crunchy with slivers of papaya that stole the show! The Bahn Mi will become part of our regular rotation--perfectly seared chop with a bright, crisp pickled veg mix. The lychee tea was refreshing with a light floral flavor. Lovely staff, great food in generous portions. Highly recommend.
The grilled pork chop pho was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely take the hour drive again.

Found some pho in New Paltz that was actually pretty decent! The broth in the Pho Tibet Special was good – super rich and packed with Tibetan spices. The braised beef rib in it was the highlight, it was super tender, and that pineapple dipping sauce on the side was a great add and worked really well for the meat.
However, for the price, the portion was tiny. After finishing a whole bowl I was still hungry haha.
Great Vegetarian Momos
Over all excellent ,food is so delicious and service are at time ,
It's got a very comfortable vibe and the food is amazing. I'd totally recommend this for anyone that likes Vietnamese food and the phone is to die for. I love the bubble tea too
I had the vegan vegetable with soy protein and it was delicious! Warm and filling on a winter day.

I placed an order for take-out just 40 minutes before closing, expecting the food to be bland, but I was wrong. Having dined at many places along the East Coast, this is one of my favorites. The grilled pork chops were perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. The Tibet pho was also incredibly yummy. The flavors in the soups are on point and food was hot.

Large Vietnamese menu but the food is just OK.
I got the grilled shrimp with vermicelli. They were generous with the vermicelli but it was served warm, which is a little strange. The sauce that came with the dish was more like a salad dressing than sauce for the noodle.

Great food but terrible service . We were ignored by the staff and when we finally got the waitress attention, she came to us fuming, took our order, slammed the dishes on the table and never brought the drink I ordered. I really felt uncomfortable.
