This is a cool spot on the trail. We stopped for music and a bite to eat. We had a mushroom pizza $22.00. It was very good and the staff was nice. We stayed for some music. The owner was coming around asking for donations, I guess for the entertainment. I had a few dollars and when I put it in she said "we suggest $10.00" so my husband put in an additional 10.00. Just an FYI if you plan to stay for music. Overall nice stop on the trail.
Currently in Merlin cabin & absolutely 🫶🏽 everything about this place!!

Got there early one morning after a long hike, Brian made me a coffee, a sandwich & peanut butter on breads for my dogs 💕
I take burritos and salad to-go.
Everything tasted great AND very fresh. I can't wait to go back again!! The wood fire pizza is definitely a must try!!
Very cool spot, stumbled upon on our ride through rosendale. Right next to the rail trail and also live music! The pizza was made in a very unique oven must see. Different style pizza, thin crust and light.
A friend invited us on a Rail Trail walk. My wife and I have walked other parts of the rail trail but this part was new to us. You need to follow your GPS to find this parking lot. This area of the trail is great. We walked north past the Rosendale Trestle about 1.6 miles from the Cafe and then went a little south of the Cafe to round out our walk to 4 miles.
We had lunch at the Cafe. We had four individual pizza pies. Two “Simple” pizzas (tomato, cheese, fresh basil), one Super Green gluten free and one Greek Olive pie. We took home a Brian’s Burrito. Everything was delicious. There is a large wood fired oven which they cooked the pizzas and the Black Beans in.
The staff here were all so friendly. It’s such a cool place. I would love to come back to see a concert and also to take a longer walk.

In the middle of the trail, with live music in the middle of nature. I had a delicious pizza with basil.

The taste was great, the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. Ordered 2 pies and after 35 minutes of waiting and seeing 3-4 people who ordered after getting their food. We asked if our order was coming only to find that they had made a mix up and not made our order, the comment on this was "you should've come up sooner" as if we had to manage the timing of our food. Nothing to make it right just a simple sorry we'll get working on that and almost 20 minutes later we got out pizzas. Like I said good pizzas but not worth almost an hour wait.

Scariest yet most welcoming place I’ve ever been to. Six hippies kept singing the same phrase over again. I think they wanted me to join their cult. Food was good tho and free water ?
I love the fact that you can get here from the rail trail. Vegan food options were super tasty and a pleasant surprise!
Delicious coffee and croissant egg sandwich!
