I purchased an Italian combo hero which was SO skimpy about 5 slices of meat 2 of cheese. Very disappointing because it cost $13.00. I also got fried chicken which had NO flavor with little meat and what meat was there was bone dry. I have made many purchases and normally don't do reviews, but I believe All should be aware. Rip off waste of money for those two items. Otherwise, I do love their pizza!

Very pleasant surprise! It was an AARP Promotion - free slice and beverage after speaking with an AARP volunteer. Never knew about Rocco's before this invitation to lunch. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our pepperoni slices and bottled iced tea. We were treated just as politely with our free meal as if we reached in our pocket to pay. We will definitely return for lunch/dinner when our travels bring us to New Paltz again!

My nephew always came here for gluten free vegan cheese pizza but something changed and the pizza was tasteless. There is also no longer a rest room. We asked to substitute another item and the waiter refused stating that’s what we ordered and he doesn’t know when the boss will be back! Never returning.

I absolutely love it here!! The food is so good it’s almost impossible to find something you don’t like. There is a very kind lady that works at the counter and is always fun to talk to. I will definitely be going here more often. 100% will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

We were treated disgustingly at this establishment. The guy almost fought my wife because her and her friend went in their bathroom WITH PERMISSION to change the baby’s diaper. He started screaming and yelling at my wife almost hitting her! But he chickened out as soon as I stepped in. So you can yell at a woman but can’t handle a man big guy? We wrote a report to police to further handle this as he walked up to her almost hitting her.
Update: being back to Rocco’s has been a pleasant experience! Each time we’ve been back since the last time has been very nice! Looking forward to stopping in again :)

Food is low quality, and staff doesn’t seem to know how the online ordering system works. Items were missing from the order and the staff was incredibly rude when handling the situation. Fried Chicken on a salad was premade, and was soggy and ice cold. Complete waste of money on food we won’t eat.
