Went with 9 friends last week, we all really enjoyed our dinners and our server Bri was both very competent and super pleasant, we'll be back and we highly recommend Ruby's.

I want to start by saying that we ordered from here solely because of the reviews. Ribeye steak was good.(not a ribeye steak though)- it was 2 thin sliced pieces of meat. I ordered a salmon and my side was a salad. The “chef” put the hot salmon on top of the cold Caesar salad. The salad was hot and soggy. That was enough to upset me because that was my dinner. I was charged for a full order of asparagus(6 pieces)-that’s a side!. $90 and that happens! In the future ALWAYS PUT THE HOT IN A DIFFERENT CONTAINER THEN THE COLD! The chicken sandwich was extremely bland. The Yoka fries were dry AF!!!!! Also, the guy who took our order was very irritable. Boycott this joint!
Our first visit. Love the atmosphere. Relaxed. Great staff. Great food. Nobody rushing you out. Great for a date, girlfriend get together or party. Will be back. Thank you.

It is mostly a disappointing place. Had to wait for 1.5 h to get food. I had a vegan burger and a salad. The burger was mostly made of quinoa and cranberries and salad was just letuce with salt and pepper. Probably one of the worst burger I had in my life. My friends had even worse experience with their meals. The servers were often not knowing what and which table ordered food. The restaurant does not have a main menu theme, anything goes kind of place. The place overall looks nice, just needs a nice chef I guess.

The polenta burger was absolutely fantastic, as was the fig pizza!!
We ordered six courses from the menu, between entrance & main course. Food was quite tasty & very delicious but their dishes are not visually stunning.The service was great. However I would prefer if they have live music, would be more fun for having a good time & stay longer.Definitely one of my go to spot in Hudson Valley.

Food was great but my order got mixed up, I paid full price for my happy hour items while I was at the bar. Bar tender had more drinks then I had and she was too busy sitting with her locals at the bar to pay attention to my empty beer.

Was in town for work and stayed at the hotel across the street and wanted something within walking distance. Ruby’s looked good so my counterpart and I decided to give it a try. “Ruby” (not sure if that’s her name) the owner greeted us with a smile as we entered and seated us immediately. We tried the Tuna Poke Nachos first… they were delicious and refreshingly light but also hearty. Also got the wings with the Vietnamese sauce…excellent again with a great smoky/grilled taste. My buddy and I both got the burger for our meal, another fantastic choice. Very flavorful and cooked perfectly. We are guys and we eat a lot of burgers and as my buddy said “this is the best burger I ever had”. Throughout the meal we had great interactions with Ruby so we decided to go to the well stocked bar for a couple drinks after our meal. Hung out with “Ruby” and learned her story while her and her son worked to serve the other customers. Great family owned business with a creative menu cooked to perfection.
