Stopped by today with two friends to grab a quick lunch. The gentleman behind the counter was super nice. Unfortunately that’s where the positive experience ended. We ordered three hamburgers, fries, and three drinks. The total? Over $50! When I went to put a custom tip, the system automatically applied 20% for an additional $14 and some odd cents. When we got to our seats, we quickly noticed that all three drinks were over a month expired and super flat. After bringing this to the gentleman’s attention, he gave me a $9 refund and three bottles of water on the house. I also mentioned the tipsituation, which none of that was returned. The food was brought out and for $13 each (which doesn’t include anything but the burger, hence the reason we ordered fries), the size of the burgers was highly disappointing. The amount received in the large fry, which were $5 each, was a little bit more appropriate for the cost. The burgers had very little sauce, wilted vegetables, and no seasoning. The fries were soggy, oily, and had no seasoning. Overall it was a highly, highly disappointed experience. Will not return. I could have gone more food, better quality, and for about $15 at several of the surrounding restaurants. Won’t make that mistake again.

I got take out from here this evening. The jalapeño poppers my husband devoured. The moon mozzarella sticks were delicious! However both others of fries were super soggy, and the buns on our burgers were as well. Maybe another packing option? Put the bun on the side for take out orders?

I couldn’t finish my fries (neither could my sister) because they were so bad, and we got a cookie, a SINGLE cookie for like $4, and it was the size of my palm (and wasn’t good). The chicken fingers (3) and fries are $10- and their chicken sandwich is $12… apparently (based on others experiences) they also don’t give plates when people dine in, which is odd. they’re kinda still “new” so I’m hoping some day they work out the kinks.

Ordered the Veggie burger and it is cooked on the same grill with the same utensils so there is meat grease on it. Gave a tip on top of a 13 + dollar burger and couldn't eat it. Way expensive and if you are vegetarian it was horrible.

I was very disappointed with my first and last visit. Burgers probably would have tasted better if we didn’t have to wait 45 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Today is Memorial Day the store was empty and the parking lot too. I don’t understand why the order took so long, then when the food was served the cashier brought it to us mixed up the order and no napkins or ketchup not a big deal but he said he would bring some to us and never showed up. The presentation and the service was sorry the burgers good but with outlet burger places in town I will have to think before returning. I also think a manger overlooking the day to day could help because the service is lacking.

The food was super affordable and delicious. I got a double cheeseburger and my girlfriend got a double hamburger. Both were very delicious, and the total was $19. Pretty much impossible to find places that are sub $20 that'll fill you up. Highly recommend!
