Walked in Subway in New Paltz the first time, and I held the door open for an older gentleman walking in as well. The young man behind the counter, Carlos, greeted the gentleman by name. Took his order, and acknowledged me.....telling me he'd be with me in a minute. Outstanding customer service at this Subway shop!!
And my sandwich was perfect, and I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time.
I was back again the next day.
I'm not in New Paltz a whole lot, but when I am, lunch will be at Subway. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Julia is the new female manager there and she’s incredibly speedy, knowledgeable and running the subway like it should be. I hope she stays. Clean fast gave me tips on how to order. So much better. Keep her give her a raise seriously 👏🏼

When in today to get some lunch before work and was very happy with my service. The guy working there was named Carlos and he has such a wonderful personality. There were a few things that I wanted that weren’t ready because the store just opened but he was super polite about it and was very kind so I didn’t seem to mind. Such a great guy!

Not the best. Service was slow as store was understaffed and orders were coming in from online. Bread seemed stale. Staff barely spoke to us and didn't mark sandwiches, so we didn't know which was which. Not clean.

Clean Staff was amazing; two lovely ladies. Food: Chicken Teryaki on a footlong(had pickles I didn't ask for, but it was a good touch) and I also ordered three (3) of their amazing cookies.
Ordered a lot from new Paltz subway. Over the past. But lately it sent to crap All bread really no meat or cheese on sandwiches anymore. Big change from the past. Hopefully they will reverse course. I'll be going to the other subways now until new paltz gets it together

Coworker and I went to Subway for lunch, but we were extremely disappointed. The female manager was blatantly disrespectful to the young employee working there. On top of that, the place was so filthy that we decided not to eat there. It was clear that the manager had no regard for cleanliness, customer service, or her colleagues. Very bad experience.
