Brice Owner Is Awesome!!!!! Thank You For A Great đ Night!!!!
We stopped in after a day trip to the Mohonk Preserve. The restaurant is tucked away behind a hotel. Friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating, and a great bartender. We had hanger steak frites with homemade excellent fries and asparagus. The steak was outstanding, cooked to perfection and savory. The dessert menu is thin, with only 4 offerings but otherwise this was a top notch dining experience.
Bryce was on point with service. Food was great
I love this place went to a party there nice staff very nice place to have events will be going back food was so good
We were told by someone at the hotel it was a pricey place and haa mixed reviews. Well my review is wow. The humus was great and the grilled octopus was the star of the show with an amazing red peper sauce. We also had burgers which were good but i would rock with a few apps next time. Finish the meal with brown butter pound cake and rum infused pineapple. Our waitress was fantastic!
Best place to have a quiet dinner or a big event.
Had an awesome meal. The atmosphere was wonderful. The staff was amazing. Loved it. Highly recommend
Enjoyed our appetizer, salad & entrees. Excellent meal & donât forget our Creme BrĂ»lĂ©e Cheesecake!!
wonderful dinner, ambiance and service! great outdoor setting too!
Stayed at the hampton inn and after a long day of hiking and climbing, felt like ordering pickup close to relax in the room. Novellas is walkable and open later than many near by, but for the meal and price we were pretty disappointed. Ordered the steak frites entree medium rare. Came very overdone with regular French fries (not their truffle fries as listed) piled on top of green beans as their vegetable du jour. for the price and quality, not worth the convenience or sparring delivery fees.

Everyone staying at the Hampton Inn should mosey on over. The restaurant has been newly reopened so it was quite quiet when we came by. It was quite highly rated so we wanted to give it a try. We were amazed. Service was patient with us because we wanted a nice and slow dinner. The yellow pepper ginger soup was delightful. The Belgian endive salad was to die for. We will have to learn how to remake it when we get back to NYC. The old fashion made a great companion and I think they ought to add Negronis to their cocktail menu because they made it really well. Salmon with crispy skin for my entree was well done - I think they may try to make the salmon in the future pinker but the skin was nice and crunch while the accompanying lemon mascarpone risotto simple made the dish. I finished every bite. For everyone staying at the hotels nearby - donât sell yourself short by only trying the places downtown - Novellaâs is perfect for a nearby option in case you donât want to drive downtown! And itâs definitely worth the trip if you are staying in downtown New Paltz!
While we only stopped for appetizers and drinks, the Grille exceeded our expectations. Nestled in with unfancy hotels the ambience here was lovely! Christine was so helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent (we had mussels, calamari and Flatbread).
Excellent food and drinks, and friendly staff!
The food was decently priced I was amazed at the salmon the lobster was alright a little chewy
Wings were over cooked! Ordered a burger. Never got any condiments on it. Very dry! WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!
