Came in to pick up food sat in line for 10 minutes while the cashier chatted away with a customer I figured after 15-20 surely by then I would’ve picked up my order NOPE! After 18 minutes they were still talking to the same customer I wasn’t going to wait 20 I walked out I’ll spend money somewhere that actually acknowledged customers when they walk in

Like other reviewers I really wanted to like this new local restaurant. I love Jamaican food. Unfortunately, I feel this place isn’t going to last long if it doesn’t step it up.
I came at lunch for the jerk chicken special. The price was good, sit down lunch for $12, however the rice and beans were dry and the chicken portion was laughably small. The jerk sauce was over sweet and just not good. Definitely not authentic. I would have been angry if I paid the normal $17.
I beg you, don’t lose this opportunity and start showing more pride into what you started.

I got the vegetarian combo at The Art Festival. I was really pleased by it. Tasty and a big portion. I especially liked the plantains and the cabbage. Mac n cheese very good too.
