Every week, my 11-year-old daughter Harper and I have a daddy-daughter day, trying out different snack spots in the neighborhood. It’s become one of those places where you don’t just grab dessert—you make memories.
Dina and her team go the extra mile, decorating the store for every holiday with so much attention to detail that it feels like a celebration every time you walk in. But what really sets this place apart is how they make customers feel like family. Dina features pictures of local kids and families on a digital display, creating a fun and personal connection with the community. The walls are even decorated with framed school shirts and memorabilia, making it clear that this is a place that supports and celebrates New Rochelle.

They maybe good to some areas but if u call and inquire for certain items It takes forever for them to answer the phone maybe by Christmas we are only on May ! It’s annoying!!

I visited a new franchise in New Rochelle and I saw the organization and well-maintained facility in the store. With the Pink Cup I ordered, I was satisfied with the Pistachio flavored ice cream with my favorite toppings. The lovely cashiers welcomed me to the store and made me feel valued in the place. The Pistachio was delicious, and the bubble toppings with the strawberry slices were both nutritious and delicious. With a few people lounging in the peaceful environment, I enjoyed my stay, catching up with my organization discussing our logo to be used in New York City.
16 Handles is a solid dessert spot. Their froyo is very good, and they have so many toppings, more than many other spots I have visited before. If you're in the mood for something sweet, it's worth a stop.
