No good food was cold
This establishment is about in line with what I would expect out of a Buffalo Wild Wings. No complaints about the food, everything is as it should and nothing has ever been wrong with an order. The service can be slow at times, no one really checks up on you they kind of just walk around I think our server checked up on us once during the entire meal, and we were one of a few groups there so it wasnt busy.

Walked in with my wife and stood by check in counter for no less than 5 minutes. Waitress or hostess looked at us twice and did not acknowledge us and after speaking with another table started to talk with other employees and left us standing there. We left.
Shame on whoever is managing this store because the employees are definitely miserable. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to consistently mess up online orders. You have to carefully check your bag every time and rest assured that something will be missing which will add an extra 20-30 minutes to your wait in an almost empty location. They are slow, inefficient, and rude. Pay these people a livable wage so they can at least pretend to properly function.
The service is very slow, I waited 20 minutes to sit down and the place is empty then 20 more minutes for someone to take my order, 3l service is bad

It's a shame to have to say that all the negative comments are true, they treat you as if you were less than them or as if you were begging, they don't have good service, the atmosphere is unpleasant and you have to call several times to ask for help. NOT

Whoever is the bartender and server on a Saturday afternoon needs an attitude readjustment. She didn't acknowledge us or signal to let us know she will be with us. We are patient people but she looked at us 3 times and nothing. We had to ask another server to serve us. Unacceptable. It wasnt even busy for her to behave like that. Don't work in hospitality if you can't be hospitable.
Lastly, we had burgers and they were burned.

the customer service is horrible . the servers are very rude and i had to wait 1hr after being seated to place an order on a slow night . all the employees were hanging out in the corner while i sat there and waited . when i received the food it was cold and the wings had dry rub on one side and the other side was unseasoned . this place needs new management

I ordered traditional wings and they gave something else also they forgot to give me the ranch
If you go there, make sure you sit in the back of the dining room because the waiter that serves in the front sucks. Now if it's a waitress, then it's a go.

Sat and watched my waiter stay on his phone and eat dinner after I had told him that I wanted my check. He was unfriendly from the start. Never said a word. Threw the menu on my table and walked of. I noticed him do that to the table next to me and they left I have eaten here several times. This is yhe worst ever. I sat on the bar area on Monday Nov 18 sounds 6:00 pm
Waited for take out food for pick up, it took almost 45 minutes for two separate orders . Their either short staff or the cookers can’t keep up with the volume between in house and take out orders which make it evident for more cookers and expeditors to ensure the speed and quality of service.

The boneless chicken wings have feathers on them they do not clean the chicken I’ve seen feathers on the traditional wings too but how do boneless wings even have feathers?

As I called in to place my order. The person who answered the phone AISHA was very RUDE. I kindly greeted her and placed the order, I also explained what and how I would like the order. When asked if she can repeat it back she didn’t say it correctly. So after she was done I said the order again, she then said I heard all of that and asked anything ELSE? I then responded with how long will that be and how much? AISHA then proceed to say the total, I asked how long and she SAID GOODBYE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. I then entered the location and asked who answered the phone when I got to the register and I was told it was another person. Aisha then came from the back and I said did you hang up on me when asked how long? She the proceed to say I DON’T KNOW why people always saying I hang up on them. I had to go to the back and do something. So when I asked her to confirm the order she read it back, which then I paid. Asked how long she told me. After I explained to AISHA not every person you’ll encounter will be a Nasty individual. She then proceed to offer me a Non Alcoholic beverage as a COMP due to the mis understanding. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL…. She needs to be RETRAINED AND KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.
