My issue with this place was with the late night b-dubs menu that they falsely advertise as daily. Apparently, Saturdays are not considered daily. Even in the fine print, happy hour is specified as being Monday thru Friday and the late night menu as daily. When asked to speak with manager, they acknowledged the mistake but refused to honor this false advertisement. Also, remember to ask for veggies with your wings if you want them. They no longer automatically come with the veggies unless you ask for them.

Went there twice was seated right away but first time waited 10 minutes. Walked out complained to the manager because I complain. I got caught a racist. Second time got seated right away waited five minutes at the table no became and take my drink order. This place is a dump.

Jess at the front was rude immediately, when going to pick up my take out. I told her my name, even spelled it for her. Then, after she couldn’t find it, I said maybe it’s under my wife’s name and spelt that. She then typed it in on a screen and found the order and told me it would be 10 minutes after my online order said pick up would be (I arrived 10 minutes after pickup time as it was). Understanding they were a little busy I patiently waited. When she came back she handed me a totally wrong order, which I passed back. She said that’s the name I gave her. Not even close. Jess then turns around and handed me a bag that had already been sitting there, which was my order.Other people were picking up DoorDash orders and Jess told them they gave the orders to other people and they were stolen

Order chicken wings bone in,which was terrible. They were cold, fries/ soggy, and cold, i had to ask for new fries, burgers, and beer. The service was unpleasant as the waiter was not at his best. Maybe he was unhappy about something. I surely will not be going back for a while. Popeyes chicken is 100% better than what I had here. I was very disappointed. I've been here several times, which was a good experience, but that visit 2 weeks ago was unacceptable. Next time, I'll try the boneless.

The fries were so cold, I had to send back.I ordered celery and carrots, didn’t get them.I asked for lemon with my water didn’t get it.I regulated catchup, had to go get it from another table. Service was horrible.Last but most important. Odell Beckham jersey does not belong on the wall amount all the NY greats jerseys. Shameful!!!!
Came here today and had a really awesome casual lunch. My waiter was nice, quick and attentive. You can tell she really enjoyed talking to people, food was on point and overall a really nice time. Made my day.

Me and my boyfriend live nearby so we order takeout here a lot. I got the classic chicken wrap and noticed it came with ranch. I can't have ranch so I took it back in to the lady standing at takeout, who promptly told me the wrap I ordered comes with ranch and to check the menu. So I did. I read it out to her and again- it doesn't come with ranch. I tried to be polite, but being told "look at the menu" when I very clearly know what I'm ordering just rubbed me the wrong way. She rolled her eyes and gave it to another gentleman who went to remake it. While waiting I apologized if I had came across as rude (because I was so taken aback by her treatment and reaction), and all she said was "it's fine, I am just trying to pack orders" very shortly. I proceeded to wait another 30 min for the remake and didn't receive an iteration of an acknowledgement or an apology from the woman at takeout, just a palatable attitude. I get it. It's New Year's and busy and you want to go home and people called out- I get it and I've been there. But don't take it out on people who are trying to be polite about their order being wrong. I tried to be patient and understanding and left feeling totally gaslit about just trying to get my order correct.

I love buffalo wild wing however tonight me and my fiancé went to the New Rock City location in New Rochelle, NY and completely ripped us off. We ordered an appetizer 2 sodas and 2 meals however he didn't charge us for the meals or bring us the meals. He made us pay for each item separately and only gave us 1 fry. When he brought out the food I noticed he didn't bring out the meals I tried to correct him asked for the rest of the meals and instead just brought us out 2 more pieces of the chicken dogs. He charged us 6.99 a chicken dog when it's 12.50 for 2 dogs and a side of fries. We ended up paying 8 dollars more than the 2 meals would have cost and had didn't even get our side of fries that should have been in the meal. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this location to anyone else.
