I LOVE this addition to New Rochelle Train station. I come here weekly and get a Matcha before I head on the Amtrack. While ALL the staff is nice and helpful I absolutely adore Lemuel who knows my usual order by heart and as soon as I walk it he starts preparing it. He is kind and helpful and i love that we can chat a bit each week it . This kind service is so key and rare these days so its nice when you are greatly so kindly and someone remembers you and your order. Its the “community vibe” that is often missing in food service. I also LOVE the portobello empanadas . I don't eat meat so this is my go to choice. I also like that they sell Celius here because i usually grab one for my train ride. I find stocking up on food/snacks here before getting on the train is more affordable than Amtrack prices and definitely a better quality.

I visited this place today, and although the short male employee didn’t treat me badly, he seemed unmotivated and had an unfriendly expression, as if he didn’t want to help. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable, which surprised me because my previous visits have always been pleasant. I’m not sure if it was because they were about to close, but I hope management can encourage the staff to maintain a more welcoming attitude toward customers.

Very conveniently located in the train station and the most friendly gentleman working behind the counter, especially at such an early hour. This place is much nicer than I anticipated with leather couches and upbeat music playing. They have empanadas and warm breakfast sandwiches. Would come back again the next time I travel out of this train station.

It seems like I just wasted my breathe, time and money. Placed my order for a muffin cut in half, toasted with butter, paid and was presented with a muffin. When I reminded the staff of my order I was only then informed that they have no way to cut the muffin in half and have no butter. I requested a refund nd was told that only the manager can issue a refund. I then asked when the manager will be in and was told that this manager will be in at 6:30p (my order is at around 8a).
So you're not listening to the order placed and you're operating the entire day without a manager around. Interesting way to run a business.
When running erands I like to stop by this location to get a matcha, and I love how Lemuel already knows what I'm going to order — iced oatmilk matcha with lavender! Such great customer service, and their coffee is also one of my favorites, would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't been !!

Coffe is great, food is always fresh. 3 stars for service of a girl with star stickers on her face. I been coming here 5 days a week and every single time she is angry, not polite at all. But 5 stars for a guy from Columbia with curly hair. Excellent service!
