Very good spot , both Dominican food & Mexican food. Always a good place to eat at .. coming from Queens to this location, means something good...

Let’s start out with this place is ridiculously expensive. It’s a Spanish restaurant rice and beans are not expensive to make and yes, I understand that you serve meat in your dishes also but the price that you charge for simple things like chicken soup or pasteles or pastellitos is crazy. They also don’t pay attention and I was overcharged substantially and had to have them refund and recharge me. There is also absolutely nowhere to put your car so if you’re not walking there, good luck and the New Rochelle Police Dept waits by the meters to hit you up so you better put money in that meter if you happen to look out and actually find somewhere to put your car.
I will not waste my time or my money here again I will just drive to the Bronx and go to Las Brisas del Caribe. It’s a 20 minute drive but it is absolutely worth it to not have to have this experience again.

The service was excellent, and the male waiter was exceptionally great because he took the time out to pack my to go meal.

It’s really hard to find a good dominican/spanish restaurant in Westchester County….. We ordered last night and the pollo al horno & chicharron de pollo sin huesos tasted amazing! The beans, everything was wow!

Bad customer service

The food was only okay, and unfortunately, the customer service was even worse. I specifically asked if the chicken was jerked and was told it was, but it wasn’t at all. Additionally, the lunch didn’t come with plantains, which was disappointing. I couldn’t shake the feeling that if I were Hispanic or White, I might have received better service.

I am a consumer who works in a dermatology office where we normally make large orders for the entire office. Unfortunately, today 9/11/1024 our order arrived incomplete. When we called to find out what happened, we received a very rude response from a certain MARIA "MANAGER" because she didn't even want to give her full name. I tried to explain to her that everything had arrived sealed and that it was not the fault of the person in charge of delivery, but she continued to respond rudely. In my experience, She has very inefficient professionalism and very poor customer service, if you do not like your job or dealing with customers, you better remove, and stick with the food, maybe you need it more than we do (:

Worst sanchocho I’ve ever had i literally had to season it at home to be able to eat some and not even. I was so disappointed, no meat in my serving but a big piece of pork fat was all the meat they put in it. I asked for some pieces of yuca and that was all that el muy lindo gave me no plantains or anything else just 3 pieces of yuca and the rest only liquid that as a I said was so tasteless, it tasted like unsalted chicken stock and para colmo they don’t even give you a small side of white rice as in most Dominican restaurants sanchoco is aleays serve with a side of white rice ?

Bad customer service waited in line no one helped me after 10 mins of standing In front of the food watching the workers do everything but serve me I walked out

For the second time, a very bad experience with food. Previously, I had a sancocho that was totally acidic and this time, a soup that was stale and super sour, apparently it had been made for a long time. I hope they pay attention to the soups and stews they sell, so that they are of quality and fresh.
