They steal your money!!!If I could give it negative stars I would!!! Please do not order here!!! The people are extremely rude and do not care about their customers, I called because they made a huge mistake with my order giving me half a scoop of ice cream when I paid for 2 scoops per cup.The supposed “manager” Charlie was beyond rude, he simply said that receiving my entire order (wrong)wasn’t a big deal and that he didn’t care. To just resolve it with Uber, I absolutely despise brownies and both of my ice creams were filled them. Yes, uber will return my money if they decide too. Uber doesn't just give back it’s a process that takes days… but that’s not the principle of the matter, it was the attitude with which I was dealt with, I’m sure that not giving a rats tail about their customers really boils over well when they have to produce the ice cream. Will they even abide by the proper sanitary guidelines???

I love their soft icecream with chocolate sprinkles. I just wish they would bring carvel to Houston Texas. I was on vacation in NY. I make sure I have carvel when I am visiting. And let me tell you, you truly get your money's worth. I love it and I truly recommend this establishment. Please consider bringing carvel to Texas.
