Stopped by this Carvel for a treat—everything tasted just like it should and the ice cream was great. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow and could have been more efficient. Having worked at Carvel for several years myself, I know how smooth the process can be when things are running well.

Love carvel ice cream but the new Rochelle location on main st has crap service. Female workers are rude.

Carvel has gotten too expensive I don't even know how they stay in business and their ice cream really isn't the same anymore sometimes it's thicker sometimes it's mushy

I want to say the girl managing here is super helpful and always so positive. She happily made me 30 $5 gift cards for my son's class and the most amazing race car birthday cake. This did not used to be my "go to" Carvel even though I could walk here but it is now.
