Carvel has gotten too expensive I don't even know how they stay in business and their ice cream really isn't the same anymore sometimes it's thicker sometimes it's mushy

I want to say the girl managing here is super helpful and always so positive. She happily made me 30 $5 gift cards for my son's class and the most amazing race car birthday cake. This did not used to be my "go to" Carvel even though I could walk here but it is now.

Had a vanilla milk shake. Always good and brings back memories when little. Upon entering I mimic Tom Carvel's gravely voice. Prices are reflective of our new inflation incursions. Still good.

Years ago when I first visited this Carvel, it was an original Carvel building surrounded by a huge parking lot. They knocked the building down, building a strip mall and locating Carvel on the right side of the location. The owner had 2 small tables on the right when you first entered the establishment. I came here many times with several of my grandchildren. Of the 6 or 7 different Carvels that I have visited, the ice cream here tastes better. I have eaten hundreds of Banana Barges in the past and theirs was the best. They also have more ice cream making machines than other places. For this reason they have different choices of soft ice cream because many Carvels have only 2 machines. Because of the fact that they have 4 machines, I asked them if I could order Flying Saucers for the net day. They made me a sleeve of Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry and Pistachio. I started coming here when I lived in Yonkers. Now I live in New Rochelle. I know I'll keep coming back. SME New Rochelle

Poor customer service went and ordered my ice creams girl made a mistake gave me wrong topping told her she kept saying that's what I ordered did not want to help me did not want to change it been going there for years will never go there again don't recommend very nasty customer service work it was very rude

Defenitely the best Carvel in my area. I've only experienced one occasion when the ice cream here tasted watered down. Otherwise, it's always thick, rich, and creamy. I travel past 3 other carvels to get my kids ice cream here :-) staff is always super friendly too ????
It was delicious, I got the churros caramel and vanilla ice cream with white choc sprinkle and whip cream.

I think they have better ice cream then the other Carvel’s in new Rochelle however they handed me a cup half full. The girl was nice and filled it up with ice cream when I asked but I couldn’t help but feel a little fat shamed here unless they normally only fill stuff half way. Wish I could add the pictures of how low it was on here.

I walked in and was greeted. It was clean and followed thr CDC guidelines. The associate was friendly and listened to our order. I will visit this location again.
