Love this carvel because of the owners, Jessica and her hubby. They are always so kind and so helpful. I own a business and buy cakes for all my staff on their birthdays. I always order a cake day before needed and custom the cake per my staff’s preference. Cake is always made exactly as requested, always so fast, and always so good.

Needed a last minute cake for my god daughter hitting a six months todays . I was placing the order on uber eats and had very limited options on customer writing. We did not have time to go pick it up and do it in person, so I called and had the pleasure of connecting with Julio. He went above and beyond to help us. Truly an amazing worker!!!

First off I’d like to say I never come here. I received an email for a free small birthday cone so I decided to redeem it on my lunch break from work. I walk next door and show the guy my email and he demands I show him my id. I told him my birthday is literally on Tuesday (the 9th), and he stated again I need to show id and that it says so on the email, Nowhere on the email does it say I need to present an id to redeem a icecream. PICTURE INCLUDED. I luckily had a photo of my id on my phone, so I didn’t have to walk back to work to get it. I showed him my id and he proceeded to ask me “is that really you” are you serious ?! What kind of service is this ? I’m only redeeming a small ICECREAM cone! I never come here and this just gave me a reason to not go back! Terrible customer service.

Cannot say enough positive words about this Carvel and Jessica who made a birthday cake for my son! So attentive, detail oriented and helpful with ideas. Firstly, the cake was delicious and looked amazing!! Secondly, Jessica came into store one hour prior to opening so that I could pick up the cake on time for the party. And thirdly, she was extremely patient discussing details of the cake down to the shade of green that we will be using.I will never use any other Carvel but Quaker Ridge Rd :) Thank you!!!
