This is the second time we’ve ordered a bowl from the Chipotle at Quaker Ridge in New Rochelle and the rice was completely undercooked. This time, it was so bad that my son actually started choking and had to make himself throw up to get it out.

On top of that, the food tasted old, like it had just been reheated instead of freshly made. We’ve been to other Chipotle locations without these problems, so this is clearly an issue with how this location is being run.

This is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a well-known chain. We will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management address the food quality and preparation immediately before someone gets seriously hurt.

Had good experiences in the past, but when I went today, they had a smaller serving spoon. I ordered a burrito and I would have to say, the portions were meager.

always have a great experience with the evening shift here, chipotle has been my lil pick me up and the staff are always kind and awesome. they keep the place immaculate and clean! 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible delivery service. No one to speak to when the order goes bad. This was clearly supposed to be delivered to a business.

It's a waste of money unfortunately you get tacos that have a small spoonful of meat and not worth the money

I have been to this location twice. Both times I had to ask the server to fill the bowls. The location in shrub oak is amazing and you don’t have a half empty bowl. I thought the first time was a lazy server. So I went back today and the same thing happened. I will not bother going back to this location. There are chipotle recipes all over social media so I’ll do that if the shrub oak location is not close enough but I’ll definitely go back there. It’s worth it

Literary gave me raw rice that was completely inedible absolute was of money. Don’t go here it is just not worth it. Literal scam, corporate should shut this store time. Not my first bad experience with this chipotle. Raw rice, raw chicken, burnt chicken, burnt steak, they ruined it all before. I have last hope, pick either a different chipotle or go to a different chain or restaurant

I was hesitant due to the reviews; however we had a good experience at this location. I haven’t been to a Chipotle in months and this was my first time here. Our salads were delicious and well prepared. We were here on a Sunday afternoon and it was nonstop busy ( this explains the messy tables/floors). Too bad adults don’t clean up after themselves in some places. If you visit this location bring your patience and kindness. Crankiness will probably make it uncomfortable all around.
With the business, I appreciated how Ruby, Malika and Juliano (spelling?) worked as a team and communicated well with each other.

Constantly botching dishes/orders whether it’s drowning your order in hot sauce/sour cream or just giving you the wrong thing entirely, typically understaffed, always low resources/food and super long wait times

Terrible location 4/15/25 guy serving the food is miserable and essentially is upset if you ask for more of anything, the exact definition of whats wrong with chipotle. Lady at the register was awesome, unfortunately the guy on the line literally hates his job and customers.

Sorry I hate to do this but this place is duttyyy. Garbage was over loaded and the tables were so dirty. Did I forget to say that there was no one in there lol. No excuse for those filthy tables and garbages.

Shout-out to LaToya who I believe is one of the managers. When another store messed up my door dash order I drove here right before closing and she happily served me and apologized for the other locations mess up. Great service and hugely appreciated. Whatever yall are paying LaToya, double it!
