Honestly don’t know whats going on with this restaraunt, I’m a very frequent buyer and ever since they moved to their new location its be terrible all around its sad because this food is really good and they had great potential. I finally found their new location which is in weird spot but I’ve drove here for the last three days and did the same thing about 2 weeks ago , they are never open despite what it says online and they no longer answer the phone , super disappointing. If the owner is reading you should deff update your hours online and save people the confusion

The new place on Philips is disgusting. Absolutely filthy. There is no sign on the outside. I had to call to find the place. I walked in and thought I walked into a homeless soup kitchen. Someone definitely had to have paid off the health inspector. This place will be short lived. They should have just opened up the old one on Post rd.

Avoid this ghost store! I placed a pickup order through the Cosi app, went to the address it gave me, and there was no sign of a Cosi anywhere. I walked around the area for 20 minutes and then just gave up. I called and left message, someone called me back an hour later and told me it was at some other address. I said I already went home and wanted a refund and they told me I had to try to request a refund through the app. Not sure what the problem is but don't order from here and expect to find the store.

Ordered a caesar salad and was very disappointed. Chicken had no flavor, dressing was awful, size of the salad was very small for a “big salad”. Overall terrible! I’ll stick with my Cosi salad!!

i always loved this place. Every time i went i always enjoyed what i ate, until today....i had a TBM (fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, così® vinaigrette) and a Roasted Turkey Club withbacon, tomatoes, romaine, mayo. 5 hours later i expelled all the food from cosi out my orifices. This was the only thing i ate today so it must be food poisoning from them. I thought something was off with my sandwiches today as they didnt seem to be made with love but surely i wasn't expecting them to be made with HATE. Unfortunately now i am scared to ever consume anything from here again after the excruciating pain i felt ( and still feel) in my stomach. it was nice while it lasted though.UPDATE:I do not know who responded to this review from cosi but i emailed the address they left and no-one has gotten back to me! so rude and unprofessional if i could do anything else i would. Maybe i should call the Better Business Bureau. maybe then someone will care, smh.

this place doesn't care about its customers, they dont care about the quality of the food especially since they wanna poison people and make them sick. dont go here, if u do ur taking a risk. there's a reason this place filed for bankruptcy before and closed so many other branches.

two days ago was the first time we came to that place. But It is no doubt not the last. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the excellent meal and fine drinks and with the friendly pay. We will definitely visit there in a short time.
