Ordered curry goat with rice and peas. Took forever to get it. The curry goat had no flavor and pieces of it was cold as if they took it out the fridge and microwaved it. Wouldn't be seeing me a second time

I am the owner of Kay & K Event Planner. Two weeks ago I decorated for a co-worker's surprised dinner party. The space was easy to maneuver around in, I was very pleased with the accommodations of the owner and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely recommend to other event planners.Oh and the food was good too!

I like to tryJamaican restaurants and see if they're worth my time. I'm not looking for fancy, just good, delicious and friendly customer service.1. I tried to order from a lunch menu...was told it was OLD. Why was it on the counter?2. Ordered stewed chicken (basic...should be easy, right?), rice & peas, macaroni and cheese. It wasn't delicious. And the mac & cheese was macaroni WITH cheese. Not the nice, baked melt-y deliciousness I was expecting.3. Got charged NYC tax rate in New Rochelle.The experience was not good enough for a second try.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I called before I went there to make sure they had a specific menu item and I was told yes. Less than 10 minutes after when I got there she told me they did not have it. I decided to buy something else and after ordering it, it took almost 10 minutes to receive the food although I was the only person in the restaurant. I was frustrated but the food that I did end up buying from there was pretty good.
I love the food here, specially the mac and cheese! it's so gooddd I felt welcomed and I would go again.

The food was really good! This is my second time going there all the way from Mount vernon. The staff was very friendly especially Nadisha and the chef. So far I tried their oxtail, Stew chicken, curry chicken, Mac n cheese, crab cluster which is filled with many different seafood and it’s worth the price. The grilled salmon was also good. There portion size is worth the price.I will definitely go back to try more food from the menu. Customer service was great! Nice ambience. Family of four so we enjoyed the meal both times we ordered.

This place is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. when I feel like having a delicious dinner, this restaurant comes straight to my head. good and varied food and a large list of dishes.courteous team, and great ambience. And very important, the cost is honest. I sent my friends to this place with no doubt.
