We ordered the whole roasted lamb a couple years ago, and it was a huge disappointment. The lamb had been cooked in advance and just reheated for us in the oven, then served in large hotel pans cafeteria-style. The meat was dry and the food unappetizing. This was absolutely not worth the price we paid.

I'm writing this while waiting for my flight to Dubrovnik. It was our anniversary and I thought it was kizmet to go to a restaurant named the place we were going. I hope the city of Dubrovnik is as good as this resteraunt. The food was perfect and our waiter Erbis (I hope I got this right) was outstanding.

We are moving soon and chose Dubrovnik for our going away dinner. The food was delicious, as always.
My spouse tried the cuttlefish risotto and was pleasantly surprised by how tender the cuttlefish was and how delicious the risotto tasted. (He doesn't usually like risotto but wanted to give it a try.)
I appreciate that they have wheat free options (I have a wheat allergy). The orange chicken was delicious, and the server made sure to check with the chef regarding the dessert trio I ordered. He found out that the chocolate dessert had flour in it, so he substituted another creme brulee so that I still had my trio, but without wheat.
I also appreciate that the bathrooms are gender neutral. It is so disappointing when there are single person bathrooms designated as male and female because if the female bathroom is in use when I need it, I have to wait instead of just using the available second (male) bathroom that is open. Having both single person bathrooms marked as gender neutral is helpful and time-saving.

Happened by this place while I was in the area and wanted to try as you don’t see too many Croatian restaurants. So glad that I did. Each dish was more delicious than the next. The portions were more than enough and the prices are excellent- especially for the quality of the food. I deducted a star from service because it took almost 45mins for me to get my check once I was clearly finished and service between the dishes was quite slow. Luckily, I wasn’t on any time constraints that day. I did sit in their outdoor terrace and for just a moment, you can pretend you’re somewhere in a villa, enjoying a private meal. Will definitely return.
