This store has completely gone downhill, constantly dirty smells like Rotten milk they never have anything in stock you order a large ice and they give you a small cups , you come early for fresh donuts and they have nothing available??? when you speak to management they treat you like a joke. So many employees but still wait 30 minutes for just a coffee , they’re so into their own conversations it’s like a zoo in here. Ill stick to north ave.

This place is always extremely dirty and they never change the garbage, the area where you pick up straws and napkins is always so dirty, this is last time I come to this disgusting place......the staff always laughing excessively like they high on something is wild in this place.

The one associate lacks people skills and never greets customers.
The staff of this store needs a lot of education, they treat consumers like strangers, they must understand that thanks to consumers these stores exist and can pay their salaries
i’ve been noticing, and this is dating back to even 4 years ago, thats the quality of this specific dunkin donuts is just not it. the drinks have always been terrible to me (and only drinks at THIS dunkin) but now i got donuts and they look just god awful. i’m even suspicious bc i saw something that looked like sugar on my boston creme but doesnt taste like sugar…

I ordered a latte UT was cold and the breakfast sandwich tasted like it was not heated well.
