Terrible. Rude. I ordered a decaf and when the cashier reminded the person making the drink she said ‘it’s okay’ he repeated himself and told her to remake it she said ‘no it’s okay’ so I moved closer so I can see them making my drink and he was literally giving her a new cup. When he told her again to ‘just remake it’ she dumped some out and added decaf. I literally had to ask them to please make sure it’s decaf bc I am pregnant and sure enough she dumped it and remade it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back since that’s the closest location and ofcourse after an hour I realized it was in fact caffeinated. Just lazy and rude service never returning.

We ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on English muffin, donut and coffee. I'm not sure what one of the staff heard but my turkey sandwich didn't come with the English muffin. We had to inform the staff about it and they fixed it. The store was clean.

Four people behind the counter and only me ordering two coffees. Took way too long because they were busy doing other things. Customer should come before counting your cash. But there is plenty of parking. And the place is very clean with enough tables and chairs. And the coffee was delicious. Accessible ♿️.
Every time I order for pickup my food is wrong and every time i do an order and Uber eats delivers it I’m missing HALF MY FOOD OR WRONG ORDER COMPLETE . This store is a waste of Dunkin’
