Every time I order for pickup my food is wrong and every time i do an order and Uber eats delivers it I’m missing HALF MY FOOD OR WRONG ORDER COMPLETE . This store is a waste of Dunkin’

its 8am sunday in new rochelle and only dd is open at the moment and thats good enough for me. bigger and spacious then most dd in nyc and better selection of donuts as well which means , one jelly one boston creme and a large cappuccino which is good enough for now . plenty of seating and its just me , the free wifi and 3 dd workers who are waiting for the sunday morning customers to show up .

We order online a dozen donuts...we especifically order what we want and got not a single one !!! Of what we want all same is what we got..... is the 2 time happening... is a totally desapoiment.

Totally disappointed! I avoided this DD for over a year because of lack of unburnt coffee the last time I came here! Couldn’t even make two sandwiches properly and forgot to add the cold foam and charged me for it! The picture attached is the “matcha latte” my wife ordered and it was beyond foul and unmixed. She’s lactose intolerant and they gave her cow milk. Stay away if you’ve got any form of dietary allergies! Unsanitary unsafe and unskilled.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant diet and gave us cow milk.
Would give it 0 stars if I could. This dunkin is very poorly ran. Placed a mobile order and was waiting over a half hour for 2 grilled cheeses. Even after I told them 3 times, they proceeded to make other peoples orders who didn't place on the mobile app. The whole point of placing it on the mobile app is to get it quickly. The employees are also extremely rude, and they do not make the drinks or food correctly. There is always a problem when I come here. Do not go to this Dunkin if you are in New Rochelle, I recommend going to the one near shore road.

Food is great. Its a shame that they try their hardest to get the order all WRONG. Id be over reacting if it was just one day, but its over the course of 3 days. How do you mess up Cold and Hot? you would think they would hire people with the basic sense of Touch.

This is a busy Dunkin Donuts with a Baskin Robbins ice cream section. The signage is not great regarding the ice cream... where a line starts , where to pay, etc. But the staff of very friendly and will direct you.
