The staff is always so friendly here. Good memories, too. Didn't go to this location for a few months and upon return they still remembered my order. It's the little things. Located by a campus and HS so gets a bit busy/crowded mid days

I went to dunkin for a simple iced coffee. The staff was in the back on their phones, not attending to the line of people waiting. I ordered a coffee with milk. When I was given my drink the woman stated “I’m not sure if I used creamer instead of milk, can you try it?” I cannot have creamer. She did not offer to remake it or even say sorry. And the woman ahead of me wanted a medium and they had no medium cups so they gave her a large with not correct proportions. This dunkin gave me the “ick” of coffee and I will never support this new rochelle spot again. So dirty and unprofessional.

I was there this morning and one of the workers whom was not working . Was eating breakfast near the door with the cell phone at Full Volume hearing a telenovela making uncomfortable for customers and staff

Usually have been good but whoever you have working there now continues to put about a quarter size worth of cream cheese on all bagels. Not even an exaggeration, imagine picking up cream cheese with a quarter and spreading it on your bagel. Its happened about 4 times now in a month.

Took over 20 minutes to get my on the go coffee. I had to approach the team to have them work on my order.
In this place, they can't even make a coffee if their life depended on it. You tell them how many cream and sugar and it's like they don't care

Im spoiled...NO DRIVE THRU...lolIt was the trash bin...But the HOT coffee made up for it. And the polite counter peeson was sweet. Afraid of her manager for giving me extra sugar though..ugh
