What is going on with this store. The donuts were awful. Tasted stale. The French crueller was disgusting. The chocolate on the Boston cream was melted off.

Decent Dunkin located in the shopping plaza. Enter directly through the front, or up a metal staircase through the rear. Kind of narrow and cramped. Service is not always the quickest or the most personable. Still, they get the job done. Doughnuts are always fresh and the coffee always hot and delicious.
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. No matter what I order, nothing is ever right or hood ! From still FROZEN hash browns, to burnt tasting tea, refresher, bacon barely cooked with a ton of fat. Chocolate sprinkled donut with literally ONE single sprinkle. Everything I get is disgusting here ! Not to mention the TWO times I had black mold in my ice, that I didn’t notice til I drank half of my drink. I had to report that for the manager to get them to clean out their ice box ! There’s a Dunkin down the road at 646 north ave if you want quality food and drinks that aren’t disgusting, burnt or uncooked ! 11/6 ordered a iced chai with LESS ice Does this look like less ice to you ?!

Decent Dunkin' Donuts. I got the "Snackin' Bacon" and the bacon had so much pepper that I could not take more than one bite. Sometimes the staff is rude but the food comes fast. The atmosphere is really dirty.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin store of them all! The staff are rude, dismissive and lack basic communication skills, so there is never a positive experience. The only reason I order from here is because I live nearby, and there is no other Dunkin in walking distance.

I was in the store today morning, ordered a coffee and asked for the restroom key and the staff said the restroom is out of order, I can understand it’s possible but what made me surprise is I saw a uniform officer used the restroom and kept the key next to the employee room, I didn’t understand the technology of that toilet which works for certain classes of people, hope management will give proper training to the staff to avoid discrimination

This is on of Dunkin's very small store. It is Very narrow and long. It has entrance from two side of the long corridor with the cashier halfway in the corridor. Not a good layout for good customer experience.

I came into the store, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. 7~ minutes later, the employees looking at me, and ask “you good”. I say I’m waiting. Another 5 minutes go by, and we ask what’s taking so long. They look at us and say that we should have told them that we were waiting for our order. Even though I showed them receipt, it was our fault apparently. I have came here many times, the employees have not disappointed by just been unpleasant.
