Upon arrival i was greeted and right away i felt the good vibe and energy from the host. Very clean organize place. The host satisfied my expectations to the extreme level. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a good healthy drink with good atmosphere. Keep up the good job ! Definitely coming back.

I have been in search of protein shake shops, and I gave Feel it Healthy Spot a try. I was greeted by their friendly staff members and they answered all my questions. The quality of the protein shake was exceptional! I ordered their Strawberry Cheesecake protein shake AND their protein waffles, and it was absolutely delicious! I recommend this place if you are looking for a tasty and nutritious treat! I will definitely return!

Great place and friendly staff! I was looking for something without sugar, so although the healthy spot has a wide array of protein drinks that look delectable—I opted for the Cupid drink, service was great and plenty of sugar-free options with and without caffeine.

If you're looking for a healthy yet satisfying meal this is the place for you!! Best tasting and fresh daily. My favorite combo is the loaded waffles with a tea. Waffles are fluffy with a slight of crisp. Tea gives the perfect amount of energy to get through the day. Everything on the menu has protein, perfect for pre and post workouts, or even if you're on the go! Service is top tier, very attentive and welcoming. Ambiance is such a chill vibe, seating available just to lounge. Kids love this place just as much as adults! I can't wait to go back.

I normally don’t write reviews, especially negative ones- but I’m genuinely confused at the amount of positive reviews this place has, mainly because I believe this is false advertising. This place prides itself on being a “feel good healthy food” but it sells donuts, waffles, energy drinks filled with sugar, and smoothies that taste more like a milkshake than a fresh fruit smoothie. I came here after a hot yoga class hoping to have a nice breakfast, and my smoothie tasted horrible- I couldn’t even drink it. I don’t know what was in it but it didn’t taste like fresh fruit. It was syrupy- not refreshing. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in- in fact I felt like I was interrupting. It took ten minutes to get my order- the woman working was more concerned with the conversation she was having with someone sitting at the bar. She even took another person’s order before allowing me to pay for the smoothie I got so I could leave. I was very confused by this entire interaction, but remained patient, thanked her, and left. Ultimately, the environment was not welcoming for anybody not already in the “club”, the smoothie made me feel sick and tasted bad, and they’re doing a disservice to customers by trying to make them believe sugar and donuts are healthy. It’s dishonest. I always want to support small businesses, but I would not recommend this one unfortunately.

This place is a small shop but trust me that the flavors are very good. My favorite is the 50 donut keto pack. This is AMAZING and delicious in every way. You can choose oreo, reeses, smores even caramel drizzle. You won't go wrong with this to any party. Just make sure you buy a extra box for you ?

I’m not from the area, the area I lived in had similar health spots with energizing teas. These teas allowed you to pick your caffeine level, and have dozens of choices for flavors. I prefer them over these teas, however, since those are not available out here these are decent enough. These teas have a dozen flavors in total and all come at 160 MG of caffeine with an array of vitamins, so paying $8-$11 per drink seems a little steep. However, they’re decently flavored and do give me a little extra boost. I enjoy sipping on one whilst I do my errands. The shop itself is adorable, with seasonal backdrops which make for great photo opportunities. The only real complaint I have is the lady who works there can sometimes be impersonal, and from my experience going to these shops in the past, I quickly built an easy going, lighthearted repoire with the workers and owners which seems to be missing here. Other than that, I look forward to continuing my ventures here and hopefully getting to know the business.

Honestly prob my fav place to go every morning or after the gym… food is amazing the mojito energy drinks wakes me up and gets my mind going and the waffle OMG the waffles BEST waffles hands down… staff is super friendly damn near makes them feel like family… highly recommend this spot and I never leave reviews specially a good one but I had to for this place
