Loved our experience at this cozy neighborhood restaurant. The staff was edgy welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, with tastes beyond the basics. Unpretentious and a feel good time. Will be back next time I’m in the area.

Warm, fresh rolls were the complementary bread.
Chicken parmesan had a thin, tender cutlet with a quality cheese on top that did not overwhelm the dish. Good portion size.
Parking was easily available.

My go to Italian restaurant, their food is as good as it is in Italy. Just unbelievably fresh & delicious no matter what the order is, every time !
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
THIS PLACE!! After a long international flight into JFK and driving back to Boston with hungry kids, I stumbled on Da Giorgio, and it changed everything. The restaurant was packed but we were seated in minutes, surrounded by people talking, laughing, and enjoying themselves.
Our waiter was attentive, dinner started with fresh homemade baked bread and churned butter. Everything looked handpicked, fresh that day, and every dish was outstanding. My wife’s seafood fra diavolo was the best she’s ever had, my kids devoured their pasta, and my spaghetti and meatballs were so good I had to admit (sorry Mom in heaven), even though I'd get slapped for saying, they were the best I’ve ever tasted.
The chef even came out to greet guests.. a rare and special touch. I’ll be stopping here every trip into the City, and I can’t wait to dive deeper and deeper into the extensive and authentic menu. Truly amazing!

This unassuming restaurant in a strip mall is serving up some of the best Italian food Westchester has to offer. Chef Giorgio is obviously a perfectionist, because the food is incredible, but it takes a little bit to come out. It’s well worth the wait though, just grab another glass of wine and your patience will be rewarded. We’ll be back soon!
Try the octopus carpaccio if available.

I loved the food and impeccable service at Da Giorgio. It’s a small restaurant (make reservations!!!), so acoustics are not the greatest. When the restaurant is full, the noise level is high. Overall, the experience was great and I plan to visit again.

You need a reservation. No option to wait for a table even on a weeknight, very disappointing.
Had an amazing Birthday dinner here tonight with the family.
From the food to the staff and service everything was exceptional. A nice small spot where you can enjoy a beautiful relaxing dinner.
For appetizers we tried the Fried calamari and Clams Oreganata. Both of which were great.
For dinner we all tried different specials and everybody was very happy with their dish. I personally enjoyed their “Chicken Granda” which I was very much looking forward to. Let me tell you it did not disappoint! The chicken cutlet was done perfectly, the cheese was incredibly fresh and all of the sauces were delicious. Would definitely order this dish again.
I had a side of their penne vodka with my dish as well and must say their pasta tastes exceptional! I believe it is made in house so that makes sense. Would love to try one of their pasta entrees in the future.
Thanks again for the wonderful night! Me and my family can’t wait to come back.

Where to start....
Sebastian was attentive, informative, and polite. He provided a bit of background on the chef, Georgie, and the restaurant. A few words later and it was discovered we had a mutual friend/family member with the chef, who later came out to say hello and check in on us, and the rest of the tables.
The food was quite exceptional. We had the Eggplant Rollatini, Spicy Calamari, Baked Ricotta and Honey Toast, and Pocco Pazzo to start. All were phenomenal. The Pocco Pazzo was the most surprising dish, while the Baked Riccota and Honey stole the show in my opinion.
Dinner was comprised of Spaccatelli Nero, two soft shell crab over linguini specials, and one Cavatelli with butter poached lobster special. We were surprised with a sample of the Rigatoni Da Giorgioi which was quite delicious.
Dessert included Tiramisu, Vanilla Ice Cream, Toasted Almond Cake, and a Bomboloni. Again, everything was exceptional.
If you're thinking about going, go. You won't regret it. And I can confirm the seafood is sourced from one of the best places around.

Da Giorgio’s – A Hidden Gem of Italian Excellence in New Rochelle!
Walking into Da Giorgio in New Rochelle feels like stepping through a portal straight to Southern Italy. Tucked unassumingly in a modest strip mall on Quaker Ridge Road, this small, cozy restaurant immediately wraps you in warmth and old-world charm. It’s intimate — seating just about 45 guests — making it feel like you’ve been personally invited into Chef Giorgio’s own kitchen.
The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish at Da Giorgio’s bursts with authenticity and passion, a direct reflection of Chef Giorgio Giacinto’s Calabrian roots and formal training in Italy. You can taste the dedication to fresh, high-quality ingredients in every bite.
We started our meal with their Stuffed Meatball Calabrese, a hearty masterpiece packed with beef, veal, pork, and oozing with house-made mozzarella. It was rich, tender, and seasoned to perfection. For the pasta course, the Squid Ink Spaghetti with Crab was a showstopper — the handmade pasta was perfectly al dente, and the sweet crab meat married beautifully with the deep, briny flavor of the squid ink. A must-try!
Then came the Rigatoni Da Giorgio, featuring luscious filet mignon cubes bathing in a decadent cognac sauce. The flavors were bold yet refined, and the portion generous without being overwhelming. Specials change daily based on what’s freshest, and judging by the perfection of every plate, I have no doubt you could close your eyes and pick anything off the menu and leave thrilled.
Service at Da Giorgio is equally spectacular. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they’re serving. You can feel the pride they have in the restaurant — and they’re quick to offer fantastic wine pairings and recommend house favorites.
The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming — candlelit tables, soft Italian music in the background, and an inviting, unpretentious atmosphere that lets the food be the true star of the evening.
In short: Da Giorgio is a must-visit for anyone craving an authentic, soulful Italian dining experience. It’s the kind of restaurant where you savor every bite and start planning your next visit before you even leave the table. Make a reservation — because once you eat here, you’ll understand why it’s become a local legend.
