Where do I start? My family loves this place! The sandwiches are great, whether you order from their menu or create your own. I love ordering their sandwich and wrap platters when I'm entertaining as they're always delicious and make hosting easy. Their prepared food is terrific too: chicken cutlets, sausage and peppers, breaded artichokes, meatballs, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful too.

I travel 25 minutes to Italian Meateria. You won't find better prepared food options, catering and sandwiches anywhere in Westchester.

$12.99 / lb for Italian sausages? I don't care how good they are, that price is outrageous! Far higher than any other Italian pork store that I've been to in the Bronx or Brooklyn, higher than Whole Foods Market, higher than Balducci's, Citarella, DeCicco and anywhere else I've been to. I know prices have increased, but NOT that much! Sorry, never again will I shop there.

Over the years, we've visited when we wanted a nice sandwich. Not a great sandwich or a behemoth of sandwich. A nice sandwich. Overpriced, yes but I'm sure the rent in Wykagyl is not cheap. Nonetheless, never a first choice.Today, my wife got an attitude from 'the shorter guy' and, in today's world, there's no room for attitude. She then explained that this was a regular occurance. The 'taller guy' was nicer but not great either. When you're not the best or the cheapest, customer service and kindness is all you have to rely on. Maybe convenience too but that doesn't matter now. We'll be shopping elsewhere.

Don’t go here expecting to get a decent sandwich it’s more bread than anything and little to no meat topped off with bad customer service.I would more recommend going to one of the other spots next door instead.I payed around 8 bucks for a sandwich with three thin slices of turkey on it.Definitely not coming here

I've lived nearby for many years and I can't believe I've never been to this gem before! The staff is super friendly and I was out pretty quickly. The food was great! Have the #17 sandwich - you won't be sorry. I also had mac salad, which was very fresh and the chicken marsala, which I took home for later, was excellent.

Love Dave's!! I'm hesitant to tell folks about this 'in the know' New Rochelle gem. What would we do without them? Beyond Covid and it being so heartwarming to go here, or order from here, they have fed our family for years and made holidays and regular life extra special. The lasagna is beyond. The wedding soup, fresh mozzarella, broccoli rabe, chicken Marsala - sun dried tomatoes, the meatballs! Christmas dinners, The latkes!!! The best. Mike picks out the perfect melon for prosciutto - John is the happiness and a Mets fan, and Dave is the heart of it all. I could go on and on.
