Chef Jaime and her team are amazing. I would give more stars if I could. Creative, professional, punctual and above and beyond. Thanks for making our celebration special! Guests were blown away, too.

Jaime’s four course dinner for ten adults was amazing. All courses were beautifully presented and extremely tasty.

She selected the best of everything—supremely fresh and tasty tuna for the salad, unbelievable wild mushroom soup, fabulously cooked lamb chops and Cornish hens topped off with homemade chocolate caramel tortes. OMG.

We all were happily stuffed—enjoyed leftovers the next day. Perfect way to celebrate turning 70.

Jamie created a magnificent 4 course meal for 10 people here at a resort home in Deep Creek Maryland. She created unique flavors using the highest quality ingredients and the service was very attentive. We recommend her

Jamie did an incredible job! She was warm, friendly and thorough! We had a home dinner party for 22 celebrating my moms.70th Birthday. The food was delicious and the service was just like a resturant.

This was my first time using a service like this and we all had an amazing experience! She did all the prep, seeving and clean up- what a joy!!

Jaime, Tyson, and Mabel were a star team for my mom’s 60th birthday, where we hosted 15 people for a four course meal. The food was absolutely incredible and people kept coming up to me telling me to get Jaime’s business card. This was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We ate (1) the deconstructed caprese, (2) the lobster ravioli, (3) a guest choice of either the sea scallops or the pepper crusted filet mignon, and (4) the sticky toffee date cake. Delicious!!

Jaime created a amazing 60th birthday dinner for my husband and myself The food was beautifully crafted and delicious. My guests were so impressed and it made for such a joyful and relaxing evening to not have to cook or serve. She was flexible to work with in setting up the menu and considering my guests tastes. I highly recommend her!

I don’t even know where to start. Chef Jaime’s communication leading up to our event was amazing. We spoke multiple times, she was patient in explaining and giving me a plethora of options to choose from. On the day of she arrived on time, and brought an amazing assistant that served our party and elevated the energy and experience. They decorated the home and served us food that looked beautiful but most importantly, EVERY DISH TASTED INCREDIBLE!!! She even made us ice cream on the spot!!! 10 out of 10 I WILL be hiring chef Jaime again and again and again!!!

There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe how amazing our experience with Chef Jaime was!! I literally found her on google and took a chance hiring her for my daughter’s bridal shower without ever tasting any of her cooking. To say I was happy with my decision is an understatement!! Everything served was out of this world delicious and her staff were professional, neat wonderful people as well. My guests are still raving about it and are literally trying to come up with a reason to throw a party, just to have Chef Jamie cook at their homes! Looking forward to my next party as well!!! Sometimes you can tell when someone is gonna give you the service you expect. Chef Jaime did just that. I'M talking high level expectation. I recently held a book launch in a harlem art gallery. So I only wanted finger foods. Chef Jaime suggested a charcuterie board and I couldn't be more satisfied with her suggestion.Extremely professional , the food was delightfully delicious and the colors intertwined in the food were amazing. The event was kinda short notice but that didn't affect the outcome not one bit. True definition of TOP TIER CATERING. Needless to say Chef Jaime will be Rebooked in the near future. #Sensational Job

The best way to entertain for a very special occasion. Jaime was so professional and pleasant to work with. The meal she planned with us was so delicious. We started with amazing appetizers ( sushi grade tuna in small cones, oysters Rockefeller, flatbread truffle mushroom, and baby lamb chops were outstanding. The rest of the meal was also outstanding. All beautifully served and presented. The dessert of Grand Marnier souffle was outstanding. One of the best part of the evening was that everything was beautifully set up and served and my kitchen was spotless when Jaime and her wonderful assistant finished cleaning up. I would highly recommend Jaime without any reservation.

Jamie is the best! We just used her personal chef services for my mom’s 70th bday so we could do something intimate but still special at the house. Her food was insanely delicious (especially the apps - tuna tartare cones and truffle flatbread were some of my favorites) and everything was incredibly professional and great. 10/10 recommend for any special occasion you are planning!

5 stars is not enough for Chef Jaime!! She was at my home for NYE and made the most wonderful dinner, every single bit of it was from scratch and cooked in my kitchen. We did a four course meal that blew everyone's minds. Not only was everything we ate delicious, fresh, and unique, Chef Jaime has a wonderful energy that translates into her food. She left the kitchen spotless and sent us a fabulous video of the meal the next day. We can't wait to have her back!

I was extremely impressed with the fact that Jaime was available on Christmas Day then she knocked it out of the park with a menu, ambiance and sophisticated service. Her posts are the real deal - what you see is what you get. Thank you Jaime, Joy & Lyric for making our Christmas even more magical than I could have ever imagined.
